So this past weekend, we went twice. And we have been several times before. This place has the capability to be an amazing coffee shop and bakery. But it's hit or miss. Saturday, we got some lattes to go. Coconut milk, as we aren't doing dairy right now. After we left, we find that they were watery, tepid, not really good. Actually, we were shocked. We had always been happy, but had usually sat down for inside service. Maybe the to go cups are larger, so they add more mild? (Coconut milk, in our case). But, we went back Sunday, and planned on being served inside, along with breakfast. We had a couple of coconut milk lattes. Delicious. We had breakfast, and were there a while. They made a mistake on my companions meal, immediately removed it, taking full blame and sent it off to be replaced. No question, no request to compromise. Service as it should be. Then we ordered another latte. Very very different, and just okay. Why would they be so different within the same hour. Raphael had dealt with the meal, and he stopped by again to check on the replacement meal, apologize, and ask about the coffee. We mentioned that the new coffees were different. He took a look, and immediately saw that the drinks were prepared incorrectly. The truth was in the foam. He went off to make them himself. What he brought back was different yet again, but was excellent. Raphael is from Italy, and while that does not make him automatically an expert barista, in his case, he is. I roast coffee myself, make espresso daily, and try out as many coffee shops as possible, so I have a little experience judging. We had spoken with one of the other waiters, as well as Rafael. And the owner stopped by. He was very nice, but clearly did not know much about a coffee shop. He made sure they had the best equipment, and some great people. But it is attached to a special clothing store, which he also owns. The passion is not in the shop business, allowing the variation to happen. It's hit or miss. Oh, and my breakfast. I had one of the personal quiches, with salad. The salad was great, and the quiche flavored well. But the crust was soft. Maybe it was microwaved? For a place that seems to have good baked goods, and they are works of art, microwaving a crust isn't doing it justice. But it tasted good otherwise. So when you go, insist on Rafael. He'll make you a damn good coffee. If he's not there, it's...

My husband and I visited this spot for Brunch one morning, after hearing how nice it was. Everyone we spoke to or encountered here was incredibly nice and helpful. The whole vibe of the place was very nice. It was a beautiful place! The food, however, was lackluster. My husband and I both ordered the Hill Country Breakfast…he got the bacon with it, and I chose ham. The potatoes were extremely over cooked. The peppers that were cooked with the potatoes were VERY good, though. I’m sad at how hard and overcooked the potatoes were because the flavor was wonderful. My ham was delicious…as was my husband’s bacon. However - his scrambled eggs were NOT good. There was no flavor before he added salt and pepper…and they were cold. They also came out in almost a sheet, like what you get on your McDonald’s breakfast sandwich. It was so odd. My eggs were also cold and bland…but cooked correctly. The toast and biscuits were also cold…and the biscuits were hard and NOT good. We also got mimosas (he got the original, and I had the Sunrise Mimosa), and they were ok. Nothing special. My biggest frustration was the pricing. The food was DEFINITELY not worth the price. We paid $72 for two breakfasts and two mimosas. It was absurd - especially for how basic the food and drinks were. I’d happily pay that much for a phenomenal brunch…but this was NOT it. We would definitely visit again, to give it another shot. But we definitely won’t order the same things.

Update: I recently went here with a friend of mine, and we had the MOST delicious lunch, accompanied by some Delicious cocktails. I’m updating my food review from 2 stars to 5 stars. I’m open to trying the breakfast food again - but that aside - the lunch I had did NOT disappoint! It was phenomenal! I had the Pressed Smoked Turkey and Swiss Sandwich with the most delicious side salad, and my friend had the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich with a side Caesar Salad. We both also had a seasonal tropical cocktail, as well as a spicy pineapple margarita. Both were so yummy! Also, I know it was just a side salad - but it was seriously one of the best side salads I’ve ever had. They have a delightful vinaigrette that made it even more delicious. Thank you, Dienger, for a much better second...

I recently visited this lovely clothing boutique that I absolutely adore. The boutique carries a unique selection of stylish and high-quality pieces that always catch my eye. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it a joy to browse through their racks.

However, during my last visit, yesterday on Sunday (06-16-2024, I encountered some disappointing service from one of the employees, I do not know her name, but she was an elderly woman with short hair and mint green framed glasses.) Despite my friendly demeanor and genuine interest in the store's offerings, the employee rushed around 30 minutes before closing to inform myself and other patrons remained in the store that they were “closing at 2pm, and that we didn’t have much more time” and was rushing everyone out, being extremely pushy and stating it in a distasteful, rude manner. She appeared more focused on their own interests and genuinely annoyed with everyone rather than assisting me or other patrons with a pleasant experience. It would be more understandable if they were closing in the evening time, but it was in the middle of the day, in broad daylight.

However, the owner and buyer of this establishment have always been friendly and upbeat.

I still love this boutique for its carefully curated collection and inviting atmosphere. I hope that my next visit will be met with the exceptional customer service that I have come to expect from this establishment.

Overall, I would still highly recommend this clothing boutique to anyone looking for tasteful and unique pieces to add to their wardrobe. Despite the hiccup in service during my last visit, the overall charm and quality of this boutique make it a...
