Tre Pizzeria — Restaurant in Boerne

I love this place! My wife and I tried it. We ordered a jalapeño pepperoni pizza, the Fusilli Al Pesto pasta, the Cacio e Pepe deviled eggs, some Italian sodas, and the Nutella 3x. The pizza was honestly just okay. Small for $15. Everything else was top tier! The pesto pasta was a large portion and tasted very fresh. I was left dreaming about it for days afterward! The only thing I'll say is that a piece of good garlic bread on the side would elevate the pasta to god-tier, but I'm not sure I could finish the big bowl with those extra carbs. I even went back a few weeks later by myself and ordered more pasta. The Cacio e Pepe deviled eggs seemed a little overpriced to me at first, but then they arrived at the table and there seemed to be a full three heaping cups of top-grade parmigiano on top of and underneath the four egg halves. They were fantastically salty and flavorful. Totally worth it. The sodas were great, just a little small for the price. The Nutella 3x dessert was very fulfilling and a must-try for any Nutella fans. It was the heaviest possible form of Nutella paired with the lightest possible form, and we enjoyed it very much. We'll definitely be going back several times, especially since I crave that Fusilli Al Pesto at least once a day. It's a good location, though parking is always hard to find on Main Street. The restaurant felt very open and airy due to the open garage-style doors. I enjoy watching Main Street traffic since I'm a car guy, so I always look for a place with a good view of the road, and this has the best view I've found yet. I just wish they were open...

Just want to thank all at Tre Boerne. I have been twice in the past week. On Mondays most restaurants in Boerne are closed. My family came 30 minutes before closing time after laying our mother to rest on her birthday and one year anniversary of her death. They were so kind. The pizza was amazing! The service impeccable. They didn’t rush us at all. I went back last night with my nieces and a friend after a difficult evening. Had locked my keys in my car at AMC Boerne. Had to walk out of movie cause it was too racy for the 10 year old and everything that could go wrong did. They took such good care of us. Superb service. Had my glass of wine and totally reset the mood for me. I can’t say enough about this wonderful addition to the Boerne experience. Don’t wait! Loved it all, this place will be a stop when back in town! The pizza was probably my least favorite, but still very good. Pizza was a thin crust, almost flatbread style with good flavors!

Highly recommend the goat cheese sandwich! I would it 100 if I could, absolutely amazing. Jam on top was a bit too chilled, but other than that, amazing!

The "deviled egg" also punched above the price tag. I again would prefer the egg to be a bit less chilled. Fresh grated cheese on top was amazing, but the egg itself was clearly just pulled out of a very cold fridge.

Overall a fun place, some kinks to work out, but brings an upscale taste to a "casual food" place without the price tag. Yes, slightly more expensive then a burger, but to be expected. Can't wait to...
