Honestly, if I could give this location zero stars I would, this was the 2nd time I have visited the location and I won't be going back. When my boyfriend and I walked in we told them we needed 3 sandwiches, we thought it was odd that we heard a baby crying in the back but we still ordered. I gave the guy behind the counter our first two orders, he started making the sandwiches but didn't acknowledge that we needed a 3rd until the two sandwiches were done. The guy behind the counter got an attitude because we told him once again we needed a 3rd sandwich. The sandwiches weren't even correct or labeled so we had to open each and guess which one belonged to whom. The guy behind the counter did ask for assistance when more customers came in and he called out to a girl who was presumably in the back. She came in through the front door a few minutes later WITH A BABY!!! The child couldn't have been more than one, had a blanket wrapped around him and no shoes or socks and SHE CARRIED HIM BEHIND THE COUNTER PAST A HOT GRILL!!! Who knows how long the child was at the business, this is breaking so many health and safety codes for the business but is also putting the child at risk. The other worker was just standing behind the register and asking people is that all or what else did we want, he did make one sandwich but was using a small plastic knife to put mayo on a sandwich for another customer and used his mouth to pull a glove on before he made the sandwich. Read moreI had a horrible visit at the Jersey Mike's Subs @ 214 Weber Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. I came into this store yesterday and placed an order and watched the team make my subs and soup that I ordered. As the girl rang me up I presented her a voucher card that was good for a free regular sub at all Jersey Mike's Chicagoland locations. The manager Samir came to the register and said that his store will not accept this voucher. I explained to him that the voucher is good at ANY Chicagoland location so why not his? He simply said that he will not accept it and I began to argue with him. I own a franchise business and we have to accept all vouchers so why is it that he wants to put up a fight and make a customer angry? I told him that I was not paying for the order I placed nor will I ever return to a Jersey Mike's location seeing you have a valid voucher for a free sub but that store manager (Samir) won't accept it. Read moreI wish I could give this place zero stars.. the first time I came in here two weeks ago. It was a long line and NONE of them cleaned or changed gloves in between sandwiches. When it was my turn I asked politely if they could change their gloves, I instantly received attitude and a total different customer service approach… I paid for my food and left. I came inside tonight and noticed the EXACT same thing. I do not eat pork and someone in front of me got a ham sandwich and when finished I watched the server touch EVERYTHING even his clothes and then proceeded to ask me what I want before even changing gloves. I told them what I wanted and before you know it he tried touching my bread and meat. I said SIR please change your gloves, I’ve then proceeded to be rushed AGAIN out of the store.
