Babalouie's — Restaurant in Bonney Lake

I came here tonight with my friend Madi and Britt. Most of the drinks were okay but when it came to our shots that were suppose to be muddled with lemon they came with the fruit in the shot. When I ask the gal who is wearing glasses in the pull tab if this is normally how they serve shots she said it depends. I told her when it’s a muddled it should be strained. She didn’t like that and had attitude. The bartender making the drinks with the two space buns on Friday 2/3/23 was not very nice to your guest when it came to serving them. as clear as day she’s telling her guest she is not running food to anyone or chasing anyone. So when they asked how long it would be they were given a 10 min window frame with attitude. This was my second experience here and it was not a good one. The security checking ids is only picking certain people to ID and allowing others to walk in without checking IDs. I asked to speak to a manager but I was informed she was not working this evening! As someone who had a bad day I just wanted to go to a bar and enjoy my time with my friends and not be treated like we where a burden to the bar when spending our own money here. Last night my sister and I came here for a a drink at the bar the bar seating itself was EMPTY and it wasn’t to busy in the general place at all.. The bartender who served us who had tattoos and black hair was really rude we were enjoying our night up until this point. we asked for two shots and he sets them down harshly and put the shots down were we had reach across the table for them since it seemed to be an inconvenience for him to push the shots towards us so we can actually grab them without struggling. when we asked for a sprite to go with our shot he then rolled his eyes at us. A group of women came and sat down just next to us and the reaction he gave them was a 360 difference compared to us and me and my sister just laughed it off to not let it ruin our night. as we realized we were obviously not welcomed here we decided to pull the tab but bartender was to busy chatting it up on his phone while working the bar. This place is not good. Their staff is rude and not polite. I was at the BLT down the road and they were closing up. The staff there is always so nice! I was told to go to Babalouies because they are open later. I had a friend in town and wanted to show them around. Once we arrived at Babalouies they were extremely rude. Went to the counter to order a beer and we were indecisive, trying to decide but werent sure what we wanted. The bartender made a comment rudely about how indecisive we were and she had other people to take care of. Mind you there were 6 other people total in the bar. She didn't smile, wasnt kind and acted as if we had done her a disservice by coming in. It was only 10:00 pm. After the first round I told her we would take our check and go where people actually like us. She told me I didnt need to say that. We did get our check and went to the Peking bar. They were so kind and welcoming. Upon discussing this with other people aorund town. I am hearing a lot of people say the same thing about this place.
