Ordered two regular pretzels online and scheduled my pick up for a half-hour later. When I arrived at the appointed time, I was advised by the employee on duty (the only employee in the store) that she was backed up on orders and mine would "take some time" before it was ready. Other customers in the store said they had been waiting for more than 20 minutes and there was a car in the drive-thru waiting as well. This sole employee was working very hard in the kitchen preparing orders while also working the counter and drive-thru. The store was clearly understaffed which is the same experience I've had previously at this location. Very frustrating. The pretzels themselves, once I received them, were delicious. So, kudos to the employee for upholding product quality despite the terrible customer service situation...
Read moreI do not comprehend how upper management of this establishment thinks it is ok to only have one employee working at a time. I've been twice since moving here and both times there was only one woman working. I have worked fast food and can't imagine that stress on the poor woman that's stuck working a two person (at minimum) job.
