I love Dominoes Pizza. So I must say it deeply hurts me (and my tastebuds) to say that I will no longer be eating from this SPECIFIC Dominoes store. Sam, the Manager, or so his nametag said, because besides that I would have figured he was an overseer at a forced labor camp. His condescending and arrogant attitude made my pizza taste very bad no good, if I am to use the vernacular which Sam can understand. There's nothing quite like being greeted at the door with a suicidal smile and hollow eyes. That being said, He is okay, I guess. Although the way he interacts with his unfortunate employees gives great insight into how the Dominoes corporation sees its workforce. This place is like somebody's memory of a Dominoes Pizza store, and the memory is fading. It's like there was never anything here but jungle and dry bread. I think Sam and the rest of Dominoes Pizza is a tragic misstep in human evolution. they became too self-aware, nature created a mediocre and over garlic-ed aspect of nature separate from itself, they are creatures that should not exist by natural law. They are things that labor under the illusion of having a self; an accretion of sensory, experience and feeling, programmed with total assurance that we are each somebody, when in fact Sam is a nobody. Maybe the honorable thing for Sam to do is deny his programming, stop reproducing, walk hand in hand into extinction, one last midnight. My wife just left me, I am so alone. So to avoid leaving an irrational review I waited 4 months after writing this and after 4 months I went back to read it and see if I still felt strongly about it. I do. I was in a very good mental state and The gun in my mouth right now isn't even loaded, so uh I guess you could say that things are looking up for me. Also...
Read moreMy boyfriend ordered a pizza from here and it never came. When he asked for his money back the manager claimed the pizza was delivered and he could not return it because the delivery fee came out of pocket. My boyfriend offered to pay the delivery fee and tip from the night before and pay for the pizza at half price to pick it up (a deal that was offered by dominos at Boone). The manager was intimidating towards my boyfriend on the phone and he did not feel welcome to come pick it up so he shared his experience with dominos company and told them that this dominos was refusing to give him his money back for the pizza he never got. I went to pick his (new) pizza up for him which he was told would be ready, and instead of getting the pizza he agreed to pay for with the deal they offered, the manager was waiting to have a talk with him. He argued with me about how he never got bad reviews and refused to make my boyfriends pizza untill they had a talk. I was uncomfortable and told him I was not there to argue and only wanted the pizza that was ordered and was told was ready and he continued to argue. I had to walk out to avoid a confrontation with the MANAGER over an incident that I was not involved in. This dominos is NOT accommodating or understanding and it was rude and...
Read moreI don't appreciate the way the manager talked to me when I rose concerns about an order for s surprise party being over an hour late and promised twice that it was "on the way"; when clearly it wasn't. He kept saying that they were busy and that the other pizza places in town aren't busy like they are so that's why the order didn't go out until an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. He told me call the next day for a refund, only to tell me bc of the deals he already has going on that he wasn't going to refund me the amount that he told me the night before. I reminded him of what he said and he told me that he wasn't going to in a disrespectful and unappreciative-of-my -business tone! I'm sure that there are other pizza places that would have really appreciated my business, and your business too, so I'm hoping that this review helps you so that he can learn something from this and so that you have a great experience wherever you order from. We are all human and we are talking about pizza here....It could have been nothing a simple " I'm sorry about the mishap" couldn't have...
