I work at a local hospital. I wanted to get together with some of my co-workers after work one Friday night. When I mentioned where to meet, two of the girls were disappointed but still I forced them to meet me there because I had heard great things. We ordered a Grandma's And a regular pie. When walked in the door. There were some kids sitting by the boxes in the window on their phones having normal what I perceive to be teen conversations. Boys are just crude. So we didn't pay much attention to that. All of us are in hour mid-twenties so we are not prude or offended easily. We are not millennials if that's what you're thinking. There was nobody else in the place at the time except for a gentleman waiting for his order off to the side. We stood in front of the counter for 15 minutes before the young girl behind the counter even came over to us to take our order. She was rude and short to the point. Not at all customer service oriented. The entire staff of girls was dressed inappropriately for public service. Maybe for another kind of service but not that in the food industry. The young man behind making the food was nice enough. Seemed like maybe a manager or something and although he looked to be slightly uncomfortable with the comments and conversations made by the two girls behind the counter, he never stepped in to correct their behavior. My friends and I stepped outside for a little while while waiting for our food to cook. 30 minutes later we went back inside to find out if our pizzas were done and the girl rudely said "they've been done you were outside" We were right outside the window and when we left my girlfriend said we're just stepping outside for some air. They didn't attempt to come out and let us know our food was done and then when we questioned about it they were very rude. We were going to eat at the place but it was a bit warm that day so we decided we would take our pizza home. I live nearby. We paid and we left as we walked out the door, one of the girls made a comment about not getting a to from us My review does not end there because the pizza was good. I decided to order some the following week. Also on a Friday I won't go into details about that visit but it was the same girls the same rudeness the same indecent exposure. I left a tip this time because I was not aware that when you pick up food at a pizza place and don't eat there that a tip is required. But since the girl made the comment last time, I figured I'd be polite and leave a tip. Both of my customer service experiences were awful and as a young woman being in the customer service business myself, I felt these girls could use some training and that somebody should be made aware. I attempted to call and asked to speak to the owner or manager a few days later and never received a call back. I post here because hopefully this owner/manager will address these concerns. We would hate to not be able to enjoy the food but we cannot. With this type of...

Read moreI ordered the Italian chicken salad with grilled chicken and no tomatoes. For the small size it was $10 after the convenience fee of ordering online. I went to pick it up and unfortunately was really disappointed. The grilled chicken clearly came from a bag, Tyson style, and wasn't cooked there at the restaurant as I was expecting. The salad was sitting on the counter already dressed, so the lettuce was soggy when I got back to the office. There was indeed a tomato in there. I love supporting local businesses but for less money I could have gotten a salad twice this size with hot, fresh grilled chicken from Delizia. This was my first time at Pasquale's and I don't plan on...
