My family and I had the worst customer service experience I think I have ever had at the Bossier City location this evening. We ordered 3 "Stolen brownie Sundaes" the description on the menu said "a fudge sundae with a homemade brownie topped with roasted pecans and a cherry." When we received our order it had no cherry or pecans. Not thinking much of it we asked the cashier if we could get the correct toppings. We assumed they would make it right. Instead the cashier first told us what we ordered doesn't come with toppings. I told her it was in the description on the menu. She asked the manager and I was sure the manager would correct the issue. Instead the manager argued with me and my father for at least 10 minutes saying that we have to specifically ask for pecans and cherries. I took a picture of the menu and showed it to her but she still refused to make it right and even said at one point that we had to pay extra if we wanted those toppings. At this point I didn't even care about the toppings anymore it was just principle. The manager just kept saying it was a training issue that the staff didn't ask us if we wanted the toppings added. THEY ARE ON THE MENU DESCRIPTION AND PICTURE BESIDE THE MENU ITEM!!! What am I missing here? Absolute worst customer service...
Read moreVisited our nearby Andy’s this evening for our usual order of chocolate custard with pecans and cheesecake. We placed our order with the girl standing outside with the iPad and proceeded to the window. Once we get there, we are given the wrong order (vanilla custard, not chocolate which we ordered).
Shortly after, the girl who took our order then comes over and says “well next time you should say chocolate instead of vanilla”, we were shocked that she was giving us so much attitude. We then advised her that chocolate is what we ordered but she kept arguing with the us that we didn’t, instead of just exchanging the custard for the correct one. We thought it was funny that she was so bold to say that, since we have a dash cam and can literally replay our entire order for her! 😂

Read moreWhile I really really like their ice cream and rarely have issues last time I went, what I assuming was the manager or shift lead for night deliberately said that they weren’t going to serve me unless I gave them a smile which genuinely frustrated me and kept on pestering about my mood. I’d give vague and quiet answers so that they’d leave me alone but they kept on pushing. Then they insinuated that I didn’t have a job and offered me one. If it wasn’t cause I was out of energy I seriously was going to yell at them for being invasive and very rude. Everyone else at the place has been wonderful but who ever was running the night shift on March 7th was hella unprofessional and rude. I was trying to keep to myself and not bug anyone but they definitely bugged me.
