I used to come every week since they have opened the sports betting. I skipped about two weeks because I had a bad experience with a server named Emily. I was sitting in VIP one weekend and she made sure to get my players card and ID to make sure I could sit there. She acted like I didn’t belong there. Emily really wanted to tell me to get up. She made it her business to make sure I could. Mind you, She never came back to our section to ask if my husband and I needed anything. I brushed it off, maybe she was having a bad day. Let’s skip back to today. She is our server… yes I remembered her.. she’s remembered us. This is a small casino so literally everyone knows me there. They even remember my orders from previous times. Don’t get me wrong, there were no problems throughout out entire meal. I left for about 15 minutes and went to our room to check it out. I come back, and I told her that I wanted to put the meal on the room which I’ve done several times already. I’m a diamond member so I want the points added to my status. Emily says that she needs to see my ID to make sure I have a room there. The crazy part about it is, I have comp rooms everyday up until 2025 (that’s all that I can see right now). She literally has no idea who I am or really knows, but ties to question the validity of me. I’m sick of being stereotyped. Especially when I don’t look like a bum. I asked for a manager, and she told me “ok, I don’t care”. She told me, that she didn’t care… wow!!!! So, the manager Shannon came over, I told her what was going on, she pretty much apologized but was like yeah, some people lie. I’ve been to many places all over the world, never have I ever had to prove that I was supposed to be there. It was super weird to me. Watch the cameras. She even had a little grin. To put the icing in the cake Emily, was at the next table cleaning while I was talking to Shannon. She was laughing and everything. I was like don’t you see this, Shannon did nothing. Nothing at all… saw this lady laughing about the situation and did nothing. Imagine someone bussing a table having the audacity to laugh at someone. I’ve spent over 50k in two months at this one casino. Probably more (who knows)… this has to stop. I won’t be coming back and you can really thank Emily! Please stop with the racist stuff. She was going to get a good tip too. After she said she didn’t care and started laughing in my face, that went out the window. Never again, literally never again. I will never go where I’m not wanted. My money spends everywhere. I was in Vegas every weekend, flights are free for me, rooms are free for me. It’s not even a big deal. I have been to this place on multiple occasions when I have come to town. The food is usually good, however We usually get it to-go. Today on a Sunday, was the last straw...we get in the restaurant only to have the bartender lady tell us that we cannot place a to-go order due to short staffing. She can't do it for us or she would have to do it for everyone else. Clearly on the sign at the front it states to place your to-go orders at the bar. Obviously the staff is not complying with clearly stated ordering guidelines. If your kitchen and restaurant is so short staffed You Need to Hire Some Employees who will work on busy days to avoid this issue. This was ridiculous!! My wife said she wanted to try. So we did. Waitress took our order and never returned to the table. A waiter brought our food and that is when we're able to get drinks. Philly sandwich was ok.
