Wanted to order breakfast with room service for Saturday morning. No menu in the room. Got an email from front desk with menus for everything, but breakfast. Called room service repeatedly - busy signal.

Went to Front desk where manager said room service is only available on Saturday morning and I have to call it in on Saturday. Said menu was available on TV - it was not. Accessing error - it never came up.

All of this while having a pedestrian meal in their overpriced steak house. Which had great reviews.

How do you mess up a pizza order when there are only 3 options on the menu? I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza Togo and should've taken a closer look at it when I got it (barely cracked the box).
