I love Chili’s. I love almost every Chili’s.. Great food, great service, nice people. This one? Not so great. I’ll share my experience, do what you will with this information. We arrive, and we wait a few minutes to be seated. I could tell that the restaurant is picking up pace because of the time. Finally I get seated. The waitress comes around says the “Hello. I’ll be your waitress today” and walks off. Didn’t take our drink orders. She comes back a few minutes later and gets our drinks and looks at another table that has been seated in her section and says “oh. I’ll be back, I have to take care of them” and we all shot her a look then she was like “well. I can take your orders” we ordered, it took forever for the appetizers (chips & salsa, and blossom petals). Then we had to wait longer for the entrees. And the wait wouldn’t be so bad, but when I asked for lemons for my tea and ranch for my blossom petals, she went back and asked someone else to do it for her. And when she realized they didn’t she got an attitude and got them herself. We finished our entrees, are table was so full I could barely fit my cup on the table. She didn’t clear anything off that we were done eating. We asked for to go boxes and had to ask her to take our food. My fiancé and I got our dessert, it was the cookie and Ice cream. The cookie was so burnt, I couldn’t even get the spoon to cut cut into it. The ice cream had chuncks of ice like it was old. It even had that old ice cream taste-the freezer burned flavor. It was disgusting. But I waited so long for it, I wasn’t going to wait again for something just as bad or worse. Finally. It was time to pay. My Mother in Law took the bill. It was 60.76. And this is her first time here and she’s in a rush. So she is digging through her purse and grabs some money for the bill and tip, she hands the waitress some and asks, “is this enough?” She barely speaks English, so it came out a bit choppy. But the waitress counts 60 and snaps at her “uh no. You need 67 more cents.” And my mother in law says “oh sorry” and tries to find another dollar, and she did. But the server stood there hovering over her with the most disgusted look ever. The only thing that server did that was good was keep our drinks fool. Other than that she served our dishes and attitudes. When we go to the car my mother in law broke down and cried from the attitude. She’s very sensitive, and doesn’t like being treated poorly. (She’s in her 60’s).
I’m not returning to this chili’s again any time soon. But when/if I ever go back, I hope I can leave something more than...
Read moreOn my last visit, I placed a pickup order for a chicken and brisket quesadilla, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! From the moment I opened my bag, it was clear that my meal had been prepared with care. The quesadilla was perfectly cooked—crispy, not soggy or burnt—just as if I had dined inside.
The customer service was just as impressive. The staff member who took my order over the phone was patient and cheerful, and the in-store pickup server was equally kind and professional. Their hospitality truly stood out!
I typically prefer dining in, believing I’ll receive a better meal experience. In the past, my pickup quesadillas haven’t always met expectations, especially since the ranchero ranch sauce was discontinued (which, as a sauce-loving girl, was a real disappointment!). However, this time, my meal was so well-prepared and satisfying that I felt compelled to not only leave this review but also call Chilli's on Bossier hoping to speak with the manager to inform him or her that I was impressed. I actually spoke to the manager, Neka or Meka, on the first ring and personally shared my appreciation.
Kudos to the management and team for their consistency, attention to detail, and outstanding service! One of the highlights of dining at Bossier’s Chili’s has been hearing the beautiful voices singing birthday songs—there’s a real star in the house! She is absolutely amazing, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special.
After enjoying this pickup meal, which perfectly capped off my Chili’s experiences over the past year, I knew exactly where I’d be celebrating my birthday weekend! This visit truly restored my confidence in ordering pickup, and I can’t wait to...
Read moreHorrible experience ever. Was on a mini vacation and wasted my time coming here. Open to 2 am was wondering why it was so dead. Well realize that when we got waited on. Waiter was unfriendly, didn't want to be working, guess he wasn't suppose to have any tables and then got our table of 4. Dry as hell. It was about 10 pm when we got there so wasnt too late. He was the worst waiter in life. Needs to be fired. Food was cold. Didnt have our order correct. Order half of rack ribs with fries. After waiting about 30-45 min literally remind you nobody is in here, he brings out ribs no fries. Wasnt going to say nothing about the fries until I said something, then told me.that it will be 10 min for fries to be cook. Are you kidding me? 10 min for fries and why that long. Why do I have to wait another 10 min for fries. He didnt care at all. Was so freaking rude. Manager comes to the table with a blank look like she soooo confused on why she had to get up out of her office and come see whats wrong. Really lady and on top of that she didn't even have her Corporate number because I am calling and complaining too. Service was horrible. Took my time out to write this review you know it was bad. Go somewhere else. Not putting names on here respect them enough not too but know that the place is not good at all. Should have went to McDonald's are Taco bell that was across the street. Dont even deserve the 1 star that was given but had to put something. Ughhhhh...
