On two separate occasions we’ve been in Chuck E. Cheese and the service is horrible. August we celebrated my nieces birthday with a reserved party, the host’s attitude was rude and lacked enthusiasm considering she was hosting a birthday party for a two year old. My sister was left doing the work that the hostess is being paid to do. Today it’s the same rudeness from staff. Today we celebrated my nephews birthday party although the host was a bit more pleasant I witnessed her send one of our party guest to the front to order a pizza when typically the host takes the orders at the table. I went and placed an order for a salad bar and was told there was no more eggs, something in my spirit told me that was a lie. Shortly afterwards my sister goes to order pizza and miraculously they have eggs on the salad bar. My sister orders a ham pizza with pineapple. The worker from the back comes out to announce there is no ham and truth was they had ham but didn’t want to prep the ham. So my sister gets her pizza with the ham they supposedly didn’t have but now my cousin receives her pizza without ham and is again told they don’t have ham. I then request a manager because lying about what they don’t have to get out of doing a job you’re being paid for is absurd. I explain to my sisters I don’t understand why they keep coming in here paying money for mediocre services and let’s be clear the amount of money we spend in this place isn’t worth the service we’ve received on either occasion. Don’t want to work sit at home!!! Need to hire people with attitudes that reflect working with children...
Read moreMy kids and I are here all the time with virtually no issues. The two younger are autistic so we generally go early and and on weekdays so that it’s not too crowded and they become over stimulated. Today was no different. They were doing their usual. Maybe 10 kids total including other guess. My daughter (12) is seated and approached by a worker and asked to get off of her phone and watch her kid better be cause he was running and could fall which was a hazard. I notice and approach to get a better understanding. And the same is repeated to me. Mind you who approaches a kid about another kid and how did you know who to approach. She is 12 and clearly doesn’t look like a parent but she does in fact look to be his same race. Strike one. As I listen to the employee how be the same speech about hazard’s a mop bucket left unattended by him pester and insult us is now being played in beside a toy by my other autistic son. He then goes on to say he wouldn’t have approached us but they acted as if they couldn’t talk when he asked them to not run. Well nonverbal does indeed mean they can’t speak their not ACTING. After noticing other parent looking we left embarrassed and out of money we paid for food and games. This was the worse experience ever. I don’t know if I was more hurt by the assumption that this little boy belonged to my daughter because of their race or the fact that my son was accused of being disrespectful because he couldn’t respond when being spoken to. Over just awful...
Read moreThis was our first time visit to Chuck-E-Cheese. This place is way overrated and overpriced. Not worth the cheap medium sized pizza that was $13. We paid for a package of one medium traditional size pizza two drinks and 15 tokens for $21.99. We added a kids drink to it just so our son can have something to drink. Total came to over $26.
By the time the pizza came out I was appalled at how small it was and the poor quality for the price that we paid. Also once the pizza was put down on the table and we started eating I noticed there were little black bugs crawling all over our table and the wall. We had sat at a table near the windows. I contacted management about the problem.
Most games hardly gave out any tickets at all or we lost our tokens (but we were able to get lost tokens refunded back). When we went to reimburse the tickets and went up front to see items I was appalled at the quality of goods given for the number of tickets required. Very cheap merchandise for an exorbitant amount of tickets.
I was very disappointed and I will never go back there again or to any Chuck-E-Cheese for that matter! The only upside is my son still had fun...
