Five Below — Local services in Bossier City

Horrid place. Ordered 21 items for pickup. Only 3 were fulfilled.

I don't know if there's rampant theft at this location or poor inventory documentation but it's something they can and should improve.

Furthermore. Worst customer service to date. First visit and it'll be my last.

Too many items couldn't be fulfilled from my online order. I order 21 items. I got 4. Young girl didn't know how to retrieve my pick up because she was new. Okay, can you call the manager. No phone no walkie.

Can you go get her? I don't know where she is. If I didn't have a simple gift I would've left. Instead I went and found the manager to ask would you please provide me my pickup? The young lady upfront says she doesn't know how...

If any one wants free chargers, Bluetooth speakers, phone cases, rugs, and posters from there...sometimes go look in there trash if you’re not a scardy cat. They throw away perfect good items in the trash like during the pandemic still I found over 100 bottles of unopened hand sanitizer. Store was super nice and clean. That's to be expected tho being it's the 2nd day being opened. I know this going to sound like a rate but I do not like the floor layout. Every is in a corner section and if any stops to look at anything it will block your way. Something that would have to be seen to understand. Next the prices at these stores seem to be creeping here.
