Don’t let some of these bot reviews fool you. Had my first visit this past weekend as a Mother’s Day treat for my Mom and me and it was terrible. I don’t mind paying for a good meal that’s I don’t mind paying for a good meal that’s pricey but when it’s cold that’s when I have a problem. Hostesses at door were not even doing a walk through and would not have known 4 tables were set so she could seat people and we had reservations. $260 cold soup, wedge salad that was some chopped up lettuce instead of the normal 1/4 of head of lettuce. The steak and au gratin potatoes were cold and undercooked. The white cheddar Mac n’ cheese that the waiter said was fabulous consisted of noodles with bacon and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. So very disappointed.pricey but when it’s cold that’s when I have a problem. In town for work so I figured I’d try this place for dinner on the boardwalk. The restaurant is beautiful and Every single person that works there is friendly! I had Tyler and he was super nice and attentive! I started with the blackberry lemon drop and it was so good. The beef skewers were very juicy, tender and well seasoned. I ordered the stuffed shrimp but didn’t want grits so they were nice enough to switch it out with mash potatoes and it was delicious. I ordered an extra side and I was not a fan of the charred brussel sprouts with the harissa aioli at all. Hated to give this restaurant a 3 star. I actually had high expectations for our date night here. We'd been here in the past, maybe 3 years prior. It was quite nice then. We initially had cocktails before dinner, and the bar was pretty decent. We had a very nice waitress (Lida) who was accommodating. We ordered, and once we received our food, the presentation was nice. I ordered stuffed chicken breast and could not wait to taste it. However, that soon turned into disappointment.
