I was first introduced to Crumbl last year in Dallas. The concept is fun, with the cookie lineup changing weekly. Since opening in Bossier, I have been weekly. Some flavors are better than others, but overall, they’re fun dessert to share with family and friends.
While my weekly visits will likely slow down, I will definitely continue to support this franchise. They mentioned another location for Shreveport which would be awesome and closer to me.
Of course there are kinks to work out, as with any new business. The owner was super nice. Every time I’ve gone, she’s been behind the counter working just as hard as the rest of the team. I do think they could use with some training for cleanliness as I’ve see a couple of posts with hair in cookies (yuck) and have seen a person at the register touching their face and hair, but thankfully they weren’t making cookies.
For those complaining about the line…it’s a new establishment and if you see a line and don’t want to wait, don’t, but if you do, don’t go online and complain about how long the line is. It is what it is, and eventually, when they’ll hype dies down, you’ll be able to walk right in...

Read moreThis was my first time visiting this location. My 4 chocolate chip cookies were amazing, however, it took 30 minutes to get them and there was a line down the sidewalk. The app was down, so no one could order from their phone and initially they were taking orders at one kiosk. For the weekly special, they were down to two flavors as they ran out. I felt sorry for the lady in front of me who ordered a day prior, however, her cookies were sold to someone else. By the time it was my turn they finally decided to open up one kiosk to input your order. Suggestion: Take notes from the Texas locations. This store front is not big enough to operate in the manner you are operating. Open up the two kiosks for self serve order taking. Offer customers the option of taking orders to their cars by providing at least 2 runners. Have at least one person at the counter calling out customer names (for the ones who wish to wait in the lobby) as their orders become ready….you have enough people! It does not have to be so chaotic! Great concept, but a disorganized hot mess that I’d put myself through again because the cookies...
