Subway — Restaurant in Bossier City

Me and three friends had ordered ahead on our lunch break. We asked for toasted bread on everything and cheese. When we arrived the employees were rude and disrespectful. My husband thanked them for the food and was given silence. As a former manager that doesn't look the best but some people have bad days so it passes.

When we got back to work everything was horrible. All sandwiches where soggy, nothing toasted no cheese or even meat on ones that the chicken is the main part. I asked for less lettuce and mine looked to have it just thrown everywhere. Everything was so messy and gross. Completely uncared for. When we called to complain we where told nothing can be done unless we bring them back up to be added to. How can they ask to bring sandwichs back in a pandemic to simply "add toppings?" Horrible.

1-6-2000 late lunch. The ladies at the counter were very polite and sociable. The location could have used a quick sweep or vacuum. The restroom doors were locked and you had to get a key from the lady at the counter which is obviously a inconvenience when they’re in the middle of making sandwiches. The sandwich was very disappointing. I got a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and there was virtually no meat on the sandwich. It was more like a salad wrapped in bread opposed to a legit burger. Waited 15 min for an online order, while four people walked in, got their food, and left. Asked the girl to please start making my salad since I was on a short lunch, and she instantly caught an attitude. Then while making my salad, she wasn’t making it correctly so I asked her to please remake it with what I had on the ticket.
