Takia offered the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Half of my order was not in the bag when I got home and the burritos that we did have were half full. We spent $44.02. I called and she said that a customer took off with my order like it was their fault. I asked if we could drive back to get the food that was missing and she said that she would remake the entire order which I was appreciative of but then she said she would only make the items that I was missing. I never asked for the entire order but it was a good gesture considering I'd already told her that I live a 45 minute round trip from the restaurant. Even though I that was odd of her to offer and take it away I didn't even mention it because I had a hungry family. I had to ask her to apologize because she was defending herself the entire time we were on the phone. Mistakes happen but this was handled very unprofessionally. My husband and kids started eating the food that we did receive while i was on the phone, only to find out that the burritos were half full. I called Takia back and said that I'd like to get my money back since what we did have was not made right, she said that's she would refund my money. I drove 20 more minutes back to taco bell. When I walked in there was a man standing there saying he'd been waiting on someone to help him. Takia finally walked up to the counter and didn't say a word but just started going through the food that I brought back. I offered to bring the food back and I understand her checking it but it's the way this was handled that really upset me. She refused to refund my money because she said there were 3 soft tacos missing out of our taco 12 pack. Which my kids ate while I was on the phone with her. My husband opened his chicken burritos and saw they were half empty and those were brought back. At that point I'd had it. She argued with me in front of the other costumer that had already been waiting to order. To the point that I said will you just give me my money back and stop arguing so you can help your customer. It was so unprofessional.I never write bad reviews and worked in the restaurant business for 12 years so I understand how it can be but the custumer service that I was offered today was so bad that I won't be back to another taco bell. It really is a shame because my family loves your food but the way I was treated today just ruined it for me. I can understand a few mistakes but then to treat me that way on top of half of my order being missing is just crazy. We'd ordered off of the online ordering. The team at Taco Bell got our orders out before we could even sit down .Mr. Vic is a wonderful manager over this team. He comes over just to ask if everything's fine with our order . You just don't find people that serve you with such a Great respect to just come over to your table. To ask if your order is good ! Very Great costumer service ! IF the question is, would we ever come back to dine with Taco Bell, On Vikings Dr. in Bossier City ,LA. again . YES !! We would , because that Taco Bell Team, ROCKS ! Read moreI just got back home from picking up food from this location. Now, I use the mobile app because I customize my burritos the way I want since the app allows me to do so. Complaint #1: When I got home and opened my bag, I first went to the crunchy taco. This was a huge disappointment. There were 3 slivers of lettuce. Complaint #2: My customized burrito was not the burrito I ordered. I say this because they left out half of the things I asked for. I am writing this review about this location because I have been to many locations in the area and this location once got my order correct and it was amazing.
