After being in the emergency room all night we left around 10:30 pm and we're starving. Ordered on the mobile app the two Whopper meals deal. Went through drive thru and gave them mobile order number and they asked us to pull up to window. When we got to window, they asked us to pull around to the double doors on the other side of the restaurant and they would bring our food out. This was strange since there was not a line or anyone behind us. Pulled around and parked. Few minutes later another car parked next to us. Few more minutes and someone brought out our order as well as the car next to us. Drove about 2 miles to drop off my sister at her house and discovered my burger was wrong. Went back to drive thru (no cars or line) and told them my burger was wrong and what should have been on it, she repeated it back wrong so I said it again. She then told me to pull up to window. Pulled around and went over the burger order a couple of more times (mustard, ketchup and pickles only) and she asked me again to pull around to the double doors on the other side and she would bring it out. Several minutes later a curbside pickup parked next to me. Again, few more minutes later the lady brought out both cars' orders. She handed me my bag and let me know she put another order of fries in my bag as a way of apology. I thanked her and then drove the 38 mile trip to my house. When I finally got home after midnight, I was famished and sat down to eat. My burger was wrong again, mayo, lettuce, tomato and Lord knows what else. Really mad! As for the having me pull around to wait for someone to bring out my food, my sister said they probably had some kind of monitor to record how long each car waits at the window for service. Read moreon 11-18-21 I ordered a #1. after paying for it I was told to drive to the other side of the building, since I was the only one there, nobody else behind me or even inside the restaurant I said no, the guy (Kenneth) got upset that I refused to drive away from the drive thru to go to the other side of the building. like no I went to the drive thru to use the drive thru, I told him I just wanted my food so I could go, then he started getting a real attitude called the manager to the window she asked me the same thing I said no, she actually seemed less pushy than Kenneth, Well when I got home the burger had jalapenos & bacon when I didn't order it. So because I placed a order in the drive thru and stood up for myself I get stuff on my burger that 1. I can't eat and 2. because of my religion I can't have bacon! so horrible still took close to 10 minutes to get my food!

Read moreI hope someone reads this review from corporate. So yesterday, Sunday, April 10 at 5:20 pm I went to burger King for the 5 dollar deal on the two sandwiches. So I'm in the drive through and I'm told to hold so I'm sitting up there waiting for a couple minutes. When she finally comes picks I tell her what I want but quite confused at how I had to repeat my order because she up there talking or fussing with her co-workers so I get the king that's supposed to come with bacon two of the sandwiches and I get a strawberry Fanta and I was in the middle of not deciding whether I wanted onion rings or not so I'm like man how much is it going to be I just said never mind. She was so rude at the window waiting on my food and to pay she rolled her eye at me.
