They used to be very good. Recently implemented “seasonal chef changes”, removed coconut chicken by far the most popular option and added tamarind chicken with a $1 charge as if it’s something special. In fact, tamarind chicken is cheaply made from shredded mix of chicken (shredded chicken is always the cheapest to buy because it’s a mix of all the chicken remains, while whole pieces cost the most), while coconut chicken was real whole pieces. It’s obvious the change was to lower costs and increase revenues and profits. It also doesn’t taste great (perhaps a matter of preference), but I can’t seem to get anyone else to go there with me since they removed the coconut chicken. Likely my last time there, disappointing that greed for profit will kill this chain. Also they often miss essential items even though you are able to order online and when you show up they tell you they are out. Happened a few times already. The last one I ordered miso dressing and my meal didn’t have it, they also didn’t have any in stock... my meal therefore tasted bland - literally the only item I used to go there for was the chicken and miso sauce and now neither. Anyway - hugely disappointed, but will be willing to give it another try if they bring back coconut chicken and start stocking ingredients properly or at least tie their supplies to online ordering - so you don’t order online only to get partial...

I order often from this location as it’s next to my office at least 2-3 times a week. However my experience has been less than satisfactory.

In the times I’ve gotten food from this location, it’s only ever been made correctly once. My order remains unchanged everytime: rice box, white rice, chashiu pork, miso lime dressing, spicy peanut dressing, no raw greens, add pickles-light , add jalapeños, extra scallions and crispy shallots....yet the people manage to find creative ways to f it up every time.

No veggies? Here’s a handful of raw leaves! Oh, this will be fun - let’s give him 5 pieces of meat and a giant mountain of rice. Pickles? What’re pickles? Let’s give him the vinaigrette instead of dressings ordered. It’s a new...

Good food, sub-par service at the Stuart St. location. They do something wrong every time I''ve been there. They'll forget to get my drink and carelessly put together a dish that's missing items. Today they ignored my online order that apparently was sitting in the printer for 15 minutes.It was absolutely not busy at the time either as I was one of two customers there at the time.Seeing four employees standing around chatting instead of fulfilling online orders was discouraging to say the least.
