Boston Harbor Distillery at Logan Airport — Restaurant in Boston

Just had the worst service here. Ordered food —salad came pretty quickly (bc it was already prepackaged). Waited 30 minutes for the other food item (soft pretzels, which were an appetizer). Someone came by (not our server) and I said we didn’t have our pretzels. Waited another 10minutes and told our server we wanted a refund because we had waited 40minutes for the pretzels and had to leave for our gate. The server said he’d talk to the manager. Waited another 10minutes (at which point we were getting up and ready to leave) and the server brought our pretzels in a to-go box. I didn’t have time to argue for the refund I had asked for, so I just took it and left. For being in an airport, you tend to expect over-priced (often mediocre) food and drinks, but you expect some sense of urgency. The food wasn’t worth the price nor...

Nothing against the service, people working here are nice but the food sucks. Got a salad, a classic burger and fries, and two drinks. Drinks were ok, burger was ok (warm and inviting, nothing special taste wise). Fries were meh, a bit stale. Salad was crap. Not enough dressing, and unremarkable chicken.

For $100 with tip I expect more. Not many other options at this terminal so I guess they’re taking advantage. Shame on the owner, and I feel sorry for the staff

This restaurant doesn’t even try. Have a drink, enjoy the seating, and get a warm burger. Don’t bother with anything else. Pizza across is probably a better choice for...

The newly expanded Terminal E looks great and has a few new restaurants added. Boston Harbor Distillery is one of them. The place has a great atmosphere and plenty of seating options, you can sit at the bar or at the table, there are also places facing the runway.

The idea is to make a ton of money on drinks, all the drinks specifically cocktails are ridiculously priced. Well I know it’s an airport location but still…

Food prices were not bad compared to LF not that steep, but lacking in the taste department as well. The carb cake sandwich was not memorable at all.
