This location has the worst service provided by the most ignorant, unknowledgeable, unhelpful and lazy staff (from the cashier to the supervisor to the manager. I was looking forward to having some BK for lunch, since I hadn't had it for quite a while. So, I was in the parking lot placing my order via the mobile app for Drive-up Pickup. Well, that's where it all started, the app was working extremely slowly. Navigating through the app and adding items to the cart was getting frustrating, but I finally got to the end of ordering and was ready to pay for it. But wait!!! I get an error message telling me "there's an issue and we are aware of it", but "try again later". Really?!! So, I go inside and was greeted by woman who looked disheveled. I proceeded to tell her the issue with app and she immediately told me that they were "having system issues and it's in and out all day". Then, I tried to ask her a couple of questions - getting answers turned out to be more painful than having teeth pulled (without Novocaine). Here's why, she was in hurry to get out of there, so she blamed it all on a system issue. But, she didn't try any alternative methods. Instead, she called over a Spanish girl, Reyna, who came over and just stood at the register staring at me. She didn't ask how she could help, what I needed help with, etc. NOTHING!!! So, I proceeded to ask her questions and her answer was (the new, acceptable and universal NORM answer) "I don't know". When I tried to get her to elaborate, her answer was "I don't know". So, I gave up because I have no patience for ignorance. My wife tried to get Reyna to get someone else to help and Reyna pointed in the direction of three other women near the Drive-up window. But, she didn't motion or even call any of them over. So, my wife asked Reyna (twice), "do I need to yell to call them over?" and Reyna just stood there with a dumb look on her face and did & said nothing. After my wife yelled over to the three other women, an older woman came over and my wife explained that Reyna didn't have any answers other than "I don't know". Could this new woman answer the questions? NOPE!!! Her answer was to point fingers and say "the problem is with the app and the app has nothing to do with us". Really?!! It is a Burger King mobile app and we were in a Burger King dealing with Burger King employees, asking questions about Burger King items. But, there's no relation? The staff there needs to be re-evaluated, retrained and maybe retrained again and then tested to confirm they get it and have a clue. Now, I know why it had so long since I had BK. Because, I almost suffered a heart attack the last time from dealing with a...
Read moreWhy does it take so long for machines to be repaired? Almost three months ago I discovered a new coffee drink that was being served at our local Burger King. Shortly after that I noticed that the machine was out of order. It may have been in service for about 1month when it was put out of service. I was told numerous times that it was being fixed. At one point I asked when it would be fixed and I was told that the store was getting rid of the machine and that was over one month ago but the faulty machine is still there and not working. Now they are saying the company is getting a new machine. That was the first week February. It may be a small thing to complain about but why lie? Why not get rid of the machine? The frozen coffee product is very good. Is it lack of leadership in this store or lack of leadership in the company that causes these things to happen? I wish the product would be kept permanently and find a better means of communication between the customers and the employees because they are just making up the answer to customers questions as they go along. Why should the paying customers have to suffer? Do something right...
Read moreBurger King had really gone down hill. While they've upped their decor and presentation to try to "match" McDonald's, their food has gotten worse. My girlfriend and I were standing at the register waiting to be helped. At least 6 employees passed by us doing other things, and when our cashier did finally make her way over to the register, she didn't even listen to what we said and had the worst attitude. I ordered I double whopper with avocado, bacon, no onions, and no tomato. I got a single whopper with a pickle sized dollop of what was definitely an imitation guacamole, terrible cheese, and what was just an overall terrible burger and undercooked fries. I guess that's what you get when two hamburgers, an order of fries and onion rings take 2 minutes to be made. Just go to McDonald's...
