Charlie's House of Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

First of all, when they answered i couldn't even understand what they mumbled before placing me on hold only to be hung up on before i even spoke to someone. When i was finally able to order i ordered a side of shrimp, 2 subs, and a lasagna dinner. The man taking my order repeated it back to me and i know he repeated it back as a side of SHRIMP NOT FISH. When the food came everything was fine aside from the side of shrimp. Instead we got a side of fish. I called to let them know there was a mistake but the man i head originally placed the order with insisted that he repeated the order back to me and he said fish. So he asked me what i wanted him to do i said I'll give you this fish back if you can bring the shrimp that i ordered. He put a rude woman on the phone who said that all she could do was sell us another order of shrimp with a discount since she was positive we had ordered fish. Why would i order something for my son wrong on purpose only to make him wait for what he really wanted to eat?! Also... The fish that he finally decided to just eat anyway was disgusting. I would have been understanding of a mistake. It happens. But after the extremely rude customer service I'm appalled...

I ordered a pizza and it was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes. I called 50 minutes later and was told the pizza was ready and waiting for the driver . I called right back before the driver got there to pick up the pizza and they said the driver has come and the pizza was 5 minutes from its destination. The lady called the driver and he walked I'm 10 seconds later holding the pizza. How was the driver 5 minutes from its destination yet walking in the restuarant door 10 seconds later with the pizza. Then they wanted to change for delivery when I specifically told them that we were coming to pick it up and they said ok. I don't appreciate being lied to and disrespected. We were more than willing to pay for the pizza but was turned away and told to go elsewhere. There were other customers complaining about their deliveries as well. Good food but not worth the rudeness of these so called humans that want respect but cant give it. Never again. We will take their advice and go elsewhere. I'm hoping that request qasnt because are...

The pizza is qualify customer but the price on the menu is not the same price they charged me. I ordered a large pizza - haft cheese & haft Hawaiian - the price for a large cheese 16inches on the online menu is $11.00+ 1 toping is $2.00( for 2 topping is $3.50). When I came pick it up, I got charged $17.12. I wondered but didn't wanna feel cheap so I paid then went online check the menu again. I called them & asked cuz they could charged me for the wrong size. They said that Hawaiian pizza is $16.00 - haft or whole. Which is I found no where on the menu said that. They also said that I had the old menu. It's the menu online that they have. Maybe customer's never RIGHT?!:((( ........ That’s was along time ago. Things have changed .
