Comella's Restaurants West Roxbury — Restaurant in Boston

I've lived in West Roxbury for about 6 months and have ordered from comella's about 10-15 times (because I like their boneless buffalo chicken) but everything else was hit or miss, mostly miss because of the inconsistency of the food and at least one thing being wrong everytime. I go to order the boneless buffalo chicken today to see that the prices were raised, so now for 13.99 (instead of 9.99 which is what it was a week or two ago) you can get 5 pieces of chicken that may or may not have celery with it... so I'm done with comella's and I'm gunna find a new and more consistent place. Foods ok, service is spotty. Last time I was there wasn't a great experience. Watched 3 people take care of one customer who walked a step ahead of me. I watched as my food was getting colder on the counter as the 3 of them put the other order together. When it was finally my turn, I was informed I would have to pay for a bag to carry my order. Two times I've gone there, first time was terrible and the second chance aswell (was pretty much obligated to go there again). I bought a 15$ pizza and the dough was undone and the toppings were wrong aswell as looking like they had been done in extreme hurry. The place was closing so I figured that was the reason.
