Was in down in Boston for a show and needed a bit to eat after, restaurant in hotel thought would be wonderful, unfortunately was wrong. The waitress said she'd be right over, no big deal with waiting the couple minutes. Once we ordered, took like 30-40 minutes to get our food. Was quiet in there so no need for the wait, one of the burgers was cooked wrong (well done, wanted medium) and they forgot the cheese, when they made a new burger, took quite a long time. The waitress said it was because a lot of orders had come in, but no one appeared to come in after us since it was almost 10.
