Wish I could review the quality of the food, but I never got to try it. I ordered on a Friday evening/ Saturday morning around 12:30 from a hotel I was staying at a few miles away (I admit it was late but they were open until 2:30am so not too bad). A hour goes by and nothing. Well around 1:40am I try calling. Nothing. I try again, and again nothing. Finally around 2am I try one last time and get greeted once again with a voice mailbox. I left a message telling them not to worry about it anymore, it was almost two hours past my order and I'm not getting an answer. I gave up and went to bed. Well about 20 mins later (around 2:24am, 6 minutes from when they close.) They start calling to deliver the order and I'm in bed snoozing so I obviously didn't get to the phone. Well the next day I tried requesting a refund and was ignored via phone and email for a couple days. Even had to talk to the customer support rep for there online ordering service. He seemed like he would be helpful, but never called back like he said he would before hanging up. Eventually I got am email from Felcaro on the following Monday saying they wouldn't be doing the refund, claiming they tried to deliver it but I didn't answer. Which is true, but they also keep ignoring the fact it was over two hours past my initial order and they ignored 3 of my phone calls during that time I was waiting. they have since ignored my 3 replys to that email. ย ย ย Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not order from here for delivery. We ordered 1 Tuna Sub, 1 Meatball Sub, 2 lrg pizzas with 1 topping each. Asked for it to be delivered to the Fairmont hotel. Ordered at 7:27pm, at 8:45pm, we still hadn't received anything. Called the restaurant and the woman advised "oh, that order went out a long time ago...let me call the driver." Then, after disconnecting the call, and we called back, she said "the order just left a min. ago.." No kidding...my phone rang just then and it was the driver in the lobby. Weird timing, after she said it had left awhile ago... Food was cold, which is disappointing because the flavor was great!! We called back and the same woman literally said, "I don't have a Manager on duty..I'll send the driver back for the cold food and once he gets back here, we will send out a replacement order." WHAT???!!!! That made zero sense and I don't get why we would wait another hour for a replacement meal. She was rude, and quite frankly, she lied a few times over this whole deal. I placed an incredibly simple delivery order (large pizza and fries) and after an hour I called to make sure that everything was all set; whoever was on the phone told me that it would be sent out soon. After another half hour, I called again and he told me that all the deliveries have been sent out, so they will be there very soon. After another fifteen minutes, we decided to cancel the order because the pizzeria was set to close in just 5 minutes and there was no sign of the delivery driver after over 90 minutes of waiting. We called again to cancel the order and whoever was on the phone told us that "their driver could be dead" and hung up on us. After 2 hours, they finally tried to deliver the pizza, even though we had already told them that we wanted to cancel our order.
