Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Not a single one of the 3 employees working there this morning spoke or understood enough English to take our order. We spent 15 minutes trying to order a medium pumpkin spice latte and a large peppermint mocha latte with oat milk. After repeating the order to 3 different cashiers at least 5 times we ended up with a large pumpkin mocha (not what we ordered) and a large peppermint mocha that had no peppermint and was given to us with whole milk, which made my lactose intolerant partner immediately sick. We also ordered wraps which were given to us cold. So we spent $36 to get the completely wrong order, got sick from the drinks because they added milk when we asked for non dairy, and we’re late to our appointments because it took 15 min just to order and another 15 min for them to actually provide the items. While we waited for our stuff we watched the people behind us in line have the exact same problem. No one taking their orders understood what they were saying. You need at least ONE worker who understands English!! Preferably more than one! This is the most useless Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Avoid this place like the plague. Wish I could...

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a poor experience at a Dunkin’ Donuts before. I walked here on a quick break to grab a cold brew, and when I got to the counter the girl barely spoke English. When I tried to order a cold brew she said they didn’t sell it there. I asked her if they were just out for the day and she said they didn’t sell it at all even though it’s on their menu and there’s even a promotion in their app AND on their menu in-store for a medium $3 cold brew. I showed her the cold brew on the menu in store and she said they don’t sell it at all? Then why is it on the menu and advertised? She was really hard to understand and I didn’t end up getting coffee because the girls working at the time couldn’t understand that I was asking for. I spent my entire break just trying to get a coffee I ended up leaving without. You’d be better off going to the Starbucks...

Slowest DD I have ever been to. I can only estimate that I waited 30 minutes to have my order taken. Thank God 3 people left ahead of me or who knows how long it would have taken to place my order. I learned that it was the specialty coffees and breakfast items that were slowing them down so I changed my rder to doughnuts just so I could get out of there. Terribly understaffed. The girl walked around like she had some sort of attitude... never acknowledged any of the customers in line. Frankly I have no idea what she was doing there. The poor guy working with her seemed to be doing all the work. He was doing his best to keep up but he was clearly drowning. The place is tight... don't expect to be able to sit in there... there's barely enough room for 12 customers. Food get a 5 star but .5 stars for service (hire some staff) and .5 stars for the total lack...
