Booked a room here for THREE people well in advance of our stay, showed up and got into the room, and it was TINY, with space of like 24” on all sides of the bed. They offered me a roll away bed for the 3rd person - but then they checked and they were out of roll aways… that’s if it would even fit in the room. So they offered me an air mattress.
I’m sorry but I’m not paying these prices so one of us can sleep on an air mattress, which probably also would not fit into the room. They offered me a 2nd room for double the original price… no thanks. The sink fixture dips so low into the sink that you splash back up the dirty water. It also drains super slow. Having the toilet in the tiny room alone with the shower is horrid. Especially since it's a tiny 1/3 glass divider. No where to place anything in the "bathroom" other than the towel rack. No closet. Just a hanging rack at the door. No dresser drawers. Despite staying less than a day, the exit computer asked for two days worth of charge. Phoning help just ringed with no one answering. In order to exit, we had to pay two days worth of charge.
