I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Sporting Club at the Omni, and I have to say, the experience was beyond exceptional, thanks in no small part to Dennis,Big Chris and Slim Chris! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism that I immediately felt like I was in great hands. Dennis went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, taking the time to explain all the club's features and amenities. He truly knows the ins and outs of the space and was eager to make sure I had everything I needed for the ultimate experience. His genuine enthusiasm for the club’s offerings was contagious, and it made the visit that much more enjoyable. And then there’s Chris—talk about a standout! He exuded an unmatched level of expertise and made sure every detail of my visit was perfectly executed. Whether it was arranging my reservations, recommending activities, or just offering great conversation, Chris made my experience feel personalized and memorable. Together, Dennis and Chris represent the kind of service you rarely encounter—attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly without being overbearing. It’s clear that they both take immense pride in their work and in providing guests with an extraordinary experience. I honestly can't wait to return and am already looking forward to another top-notch visit at The Sporting Club at the Omni, thanks to these two incredible professionals. Ps: Thanks For The Flowerd Brew!!

I am not very much the type to write reviews but this restaurant swayed me. Not only the food is amazing but the service is outstanding. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. When I ordered my food I originally ordered meatballs without realizing they were spicy and ordered a kids fish and chips and didn’t realize it would be fish sticks. But when going to talk about the food the manager Derren was called and he was very personable and didn’t hesitate one bit when it came to changing my food. I ordered the chicken wings and then I ordered the burger. He insisted on finding me adult fish and chips even though I told him he really didn’t have to do that but he made sure he would try to find fish and chips from one or more of their other restaurants from near by. Even though there were no fish and chips I ordered the burger and it was absolutely amazing. Derren went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. I ordered beer and I insisted on paying for it but he said it was on him for us waiting. I have never bumped into a more professional and personable manger in my life. Thank you so much!!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this sports bar was disappointing. The service was poor from the start—we waited about 15 minutes before the waitress even came to take our order. After placing our drink and appetizer orders, it took another 20 minutes for them to arrive. The Brussels sprouts were tasty, but the meatballs were overpowered by an overwhelming amount of pepper and weren't enjoyable. For our entrees, we had the Rigatoni pasta and the TDC Pork Panini. The pasta was bland and needed seasoning, and the panini was greasy with an unappealing sauce. To top it off, our waitress was inattentive and didn’t refill our water glasses. We had to ask another waiter twice for water. Overall, the waitress was hard to find when we needed her. On a positive note, the atmosphere was fun, and the DJ played some great music, which made the environment lively. However, I was ultimately disappointed by the food and service, and I’m not sure I’ll return. The total amount spent was not worth it.

I have never had a worse customer experience at a restaurant in my entire life. Let me first start by saying - the food was superb, the atmosphere was very lively and fun, the location is wonderful and our waitstaff was excellent. The reason this restaurant earned a 1-star review is due to the behavior of the manager, Christina. I have truly never encountered a more combative, rude individual. It astounds me that she is in charge of this establishment. My family and friends (a party of 13) had a lovely dinner and were dancing to the live band after dinner and Christina approached us in an aggressive manner, waving her arms over her head (looking like a belligerent drunkard) telling us we had to return to our seats. When I approached her about the manner in which she handled this situation, she began yelling in my face. I am floored that an adult would behave in this manner, especially someone who you would think would be warm and welcoming, looking to attract customers to return to the restaurant. I am also in a customer experience industry and I would never even dream of treating a customer in this way, never mind treating another human this way. It was truly a horrible experience and I will never return to this restaurant and hope nobody has to suffer a similar encounter. Finally, I will end this by reporting that when we first arrived at the restaurant, Christina was at the door and rather than greeting us she snapped as us asking if we had a reservation before we could even say hello and after we said yes she told us the place was “shit show” and walked away. We thought she was a disgruntled customer who couldn’t get a table! Can you imagine an adult acting this way? Thank you for a memorable experience that I will be sure to share with every...

The best aspect of this venue is the lively and friendly atmosphere. However the tipping system does not make sense to me. Essentially you pay for your food and drinks, then the server asks you for your card or for you to unlock your phone if you're paying with Google Pay. You pay, and then you add a tip and the tell you they'll process the tip payment on top of the food/drinks total within 24 hours. I don't understand why they can't just accept the total payment including the top? Also I'm sure wireless payment machines exist here in Boston so why can't they bring a wireless payment machine instead of asking for your card or phone?

Finally the drinks really had a kick to them. It takes me quite a few to get that light headed feeling but here it was super quick, maybe it's the flight from Amsterdam that took it out of me, but the flight was smooth and really easy so I was pretty surprised, unless of course they've been serving us watered down drinks in the UK all these years.

Anyway the food was not good to be honest - I wish for a nice hotel restaurant they could take a look at this. The steak I had looked and tasted like it had been fried. I mean I feel like asking RFK to have a word with them about serving seed oil fried steaks and chicken wings instead of grilled ones. The lettuce they served was basically half a cabbage thing stuffed with mayonnaise. That's the laziest presentation I've ever seen.

The service was also hit and miss although the staff were very...
