WXYZ Bar — Restaurant in Boston

This bar offers a convenient and relaxed atmosphere, especially for those staying at the Element Seaport Boston. However, the overall experience left much to be desired.

The burger was disappointingly bland, with a texture that felt artificial rather than fresh. The pool table is in need of maintenance, as the pockets fail to hold the balls properly. While there are tabletop games available, some were functional while others were not, and unfortunately, they appeared poorly maintained and unsanitized.

The pricing also felt excessive—two rum and tap Pepsis totaled $30, which seemed steep given the overall experience. I arrived for a conference and it was late so I decided to just eat and have a drink at the hotel bar. It was fairly empty and I was greeted immediately when I sat down. I ordered a Moscow mule and the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Despite no one being there, it took a while for me to get my drink. It was strange now having a mule in a copper mug and it was mostly ginger beer. The pizza came out quickly and was pretty good. The pizza is what made my night at the wxyz bar. We had a terrible experience at this bar last night, the waitress asked to me and a friend for our ID when we had ordered a beer and we gave her our passports and after that she asked us for a another card with our name on it, because that wasn’t proof enough for her and we asked if that was legal to do.. and she told us “yes of course”. She didn’t asked anyone else for something like that. We felt discriminated and ashamed.
