I placed a mobile order this morning, simple order- coffee and a donut. When I entered the store, immediately I could see that it was a mess in there. This is not the first time that I've had to wait forever at this location. The ticket printer wasn't working so I wasn't upset for the delay until it started working again and no one was making any effort to fill orders. There were four employees working and a restaurant full of customers. One customer left frustrated instead of waiting for her order because she had to get to work. Two workers were doing most of the work while two just stood there. I mentioned to one of the workers the coffee that I was waiting on and all of a sudden I hear "GIRL IT'S RIGHT HERE!" from one of the female employees. So rude. For example, this morning I placed a walk-in order and was waiting for about 10 min before I went up to the counter to ask if there was something wrong with my order (it's happened before where they've had to refund me and didn't tell me about it until I asked) and as soon as I asked the guy making the food gave me the rest of my order and said "you should've waited" which doesn't make sense because I was already waiting and multiple people came in after me and left before me and I was also not argumentative in any way. Also, their screen showing which orders are ready must be time-based because it's never right about whether my order is ready or not. Read moreDunks ruined the customer service by having people order online. It causes people who are in line to have to wait because of the amount of orders that come in from online ordering. WORST THING THEY EVER DID!!!!!!!!!!. makes you feel like you're not important. The employees do their best and some even can remember your multiple coffee orders without having to ask. Also I find that some of the employees spend too much time talking to each other and don't focus on the customer. I don't like seeing food handlers chewing gum or eating food while making a food order and lacking on changing gloves...
