Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boston

Has to be the slowest Dunkin in all of the Boston area. They always have 1 person working at the busiest time of the day and if there’s a line expect to wait no less the 10-25 minutes. Today I walked in they had one guy as usual and I was 6th in line I walked in at 706am and left at 715am empty handed and still 6th in line. A online order walked in who ordered a cup of Joe and god knows what else and none of it was even started so that one guy had to leave the register and fill that guys order. I’d imagine if I stayed I would of left there past 730am. Also this is the only Dunkin’s that closes on the weekends but meanwhile their right next to the cruise terminal and could get huge amounts of customers leaving the cruise ship and goin on the cruise ship every Saturday and Sunday. I work next to the Dunkin Donuts on Harbor st and have been to the establishment a few times. Almost every time I enter - staff is disorganized, poorly managed/trained, and take over 10-15 minutes to make something like a small cold brew. Staff are on their phones FaceTiming other colleagues asking questions on how to do things, tickets are piled up both at the cashier stand and behind the counter, and the process of making the orders is so out of order. I would highly advise senior management of this company to inspect the working conditions and skill set of the colleagues and would suggest some high level re training. They might as well just close this dunkin. After reading all the bad reviews I see I am not the only one who had a problem with this place. I am a lyft driver, I had just dropped off a fare at the cruise ships and needed a quick bite on the go. Luckily(or not so luckily) I saw this dunkin, I parked in front and used the app to order. Once the order was processed I go up to the door and it was locked. This was at 1240 in the afternoon. There was no one inside and I still saw online orders on the counter waiting to be picked up.
