The entire place is very cool from the flavors to the atmosphere. Generally a good location near stores and salons plus hotels nearby. Cute cow in the front which I’m sure kids and their families absolutely love. Even the ceiling lights are matched to the vibe! Staff was very helpful and patient with us ordering for the family. Little disappointed that they were not as attentive in making sure we got what we asked for. Root beer float looked amazing! However, we got the seasonal unicorn flavor and it really wasn’t that special - didn’t even put it in a cone like we asked. Nonetheless, glad we stopped in.

Always a good spot to grab dessert, however the customer service is sad. The employees that work there look miserable and they don’t seem to form a good method to attend to customers when they get busy. They barely acknowledge that you’re there and don’t ask if you or your party is ordering anything else…

Visiting Boston and saw this shop. Tried the ice cream here and immediately wanted to tell the world. Hands down some of the best ice cream I've ever had. If you're into creamy ice cream, this is the spot to go. I had the cookies and cream, which was a cocoa base without being too sweet.

So, this was a lucky pass! Our day started out not the best when we took a failed trip to Salem, MA. To try and salvage the day, we decided to stop at the "110 Grill" as we passed through Boston on the way home. The 110 is a favorite restaurant of my mothers and I's. While our actually dinner was good, the service wasn't amazing. When we ordered dessert, it came out no where near looking what it normally does (Peanut Butter Cascade). I admittedly have a very rich-sweet tooth and was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy my sundae as I normally would. We walked out without eating our dessert after informing the manager. Walking to the car, we spotted "J.P. Licks" and decided to give it a go! They had so many delicious flavors and beautiful sundaes! I however wanted to combine two sundaes. The very nice gentleman made that possible. I had a 2 scoop sundae made out of their "Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream" Ice Cream, topped with PB, Fudge, PB cup and a massive brownie! This hit the spot big time and lifted my spirit to 1000! My mother got a 2 scoop sundae with "Strawberry" Ice Cream, Strawberries and Pineapple! Everything tasted fresh, rich, sweet and amazing! It definitely added some good energy back into our day! Would definitely stop back by on...

I Was there tonight with my family 4/19/2021 at about 645 and the two girls I’ll say girls because woman don’t act that rude! One took our orders and the other was helping So we told her what we wanted but we asked a few questions about size etc and she’s was rude about it all being the same size seem bothered and rolled her eyes and made a face mask on i can tell what she did. The other one was rushing while we were paying and then slammed the cup and said ENJOY with a stern rude tone of voice. I am 32 years old and have been in customer service for 16 years that was rude experience. Mind you I live upstairs and we plan on going there often BUT guess we will go when they aren’t there. Let’s train these younger workers...
