This is the one and only time I had a horrible experience at Crumbl. I ordered three minis for my daughter. They were handed to me in a closed box and I thought nothing of it. I ordered a berries and cream, a s’mores brownie, and a peanut butter blossom. When we got to the car and opened the box, there were 3 1/2 cookies- let me explain. There was one berries and cream, two s’mores cookies on top of eachother, and a half of a peanut butter blossom. This did not sit well with my daughter who is on the Autism spectrum- we had to go back immediately. I approached the guy who initially handed me the box and he asked if there was an issue. All I did was kindly open the box to show him, and his exact response was “…ok?” I said “I have a half of a peanut butter blossom cookie”, and his reply was “you have two of the other ones”. I was highly offended that he thought this was acceptable but explained to him that I wanted what I ordered, and that my daughter is on the Autism spectrum and playing “food tricks” is the wrong thing to do because she was very upset. He still asked if I wanted him to make the order over and I said absolutely. I didn’t get to take a picture of the cookies, however, the interaction is all on the store’s...

I just left from the Crumbl in Dorchester and I will not be returning. There are like ten employees working and the waiting area is a dirty mess. Only one kiosk works. But what was really disgusting was that there was a worker there, she’s plus size and has long pink nails. She was talking to her peer near the work station and she was digging in her hair and scratching the back of her head and white flakes (probably gel) fell on the steel table where the cookies are prepared. Her friend saw me looking and pointed at me to her, which I didn’t mind I wanted them to see the disgust on my face. The plus size girl then proceeded to scratch her belly, mind you she’s still near the steel table where the food is being prepared. Then had the nerve to put that same hand she was digging in her hair/skin with on top of the plastic container where the frosting was is kept. I was totally disgusted and will never give this location my money again. Please (owner) check the camera and address this issue I was there 10/9 @ 5:19. And it’s sad because you have to go outside your neighborhood to receive...

I was just here today and had an amazing interaction with one of the staffs.

I have a severe nut allergy and I hate asking for accommodations because I never want it to be burdensome to the staff working. One of the staffs was kind enough to point out which cookies contained nuts in them. She was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and sensitive allergen information.

I felt really welcomed and the cookies were truly phenomenal. This was a true pick-me-up that I didn't know I needed today.

I couldn't get the name for the assisting staff but she deserves a raise! 100%. I always worry about potential allergic reaction and it has unfortunately happened to me quite a few times, even after disclosing my food allergies. No allergies today, just lots of joy!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the kindness I received today. It is truly the staff like her that make a difference...

In fair Dorchester, where sweet tooths roam, A cookie empire rises, a sugary throne. Crumbl Cookie, a name that doth entice, With flavors galore, and a marketing device. A rotating menu, a clever ploy, To lure thee back, with a weekly joy. Large cookies, flavorful, and creative too, But alas, overly sweet, to the taste anew. Though processed and corporate, they may seem, The sterile white store, and pink boxes, a dream. Their branding, a masterclass, a work of art, A siren's call, to thy sweet, sweet heart. But alas, dear friend, the price doth sting, $5 a cookie, a sum that doth cling. For though large, and tasty, they may be, Thy wallet doth protest, with a sad plea. Thus, I give Crumbl, three stars, a fair grade, For though sweet, and enticing, they've played. A game of sugar, and marketing might, But at a price, that doth not feel quite right.

This was my first experience with Crumbl. I think their overall marketing/user experience is great: I like the app, self-ordering counter in store, and concept of new flavors weekly. I had a free cookie voucher, but unfortunately only two flavors were left when I went at 1pm on a weekday, so I ended up with a Cinnamon Crunch cookie, which wasn’t my first choice. The flavor was okay, but the texture wasn’t for me. I like a soft center but prefer to have crispy/crunchy edges. This fell into the “not worth the calories” category for me, but I do really appreciate that the nutrition facts are listed, as I feel like that should be the standard.
