The woman working behind the counter had an attitude issue for years. I had to put up with it, but last two times were awful. One time I tried to order but she ignored me eating her food, putting headphones on, she looked at me then she looked back at her phone like I was not there, I had to leave. The last time and it will be my last time at this shop, since I walked through the door she asked me what I wanted. I told her I still have not decided yet. Then she acted so rude, so angry with me. I get my veteran healthcare at the VA hospital up the avenue in Jamaica Plain and after every visit, before my walk back to Brookline Village, I call ahead to Joseph's to order chicken parm subs. That's all I've ever ordered, because they are SO good I don't wanna try anything else. Very lovely service. This is a take-out place only, so there is no atmosphere to critique.
