I started my crossfit journey in January. Everyone that I've interacted with at Invictus Fenway was kind, encouraging, and aware that everyone was working the hardest they could every day. The coaches have been phenomenal. I worked a lot with Tia at the beginning and she encouraged, helped modify, and pushed me. Ben recommend incorporating the weightlifting class to help teach me some of the moves to feel more comfortable in the CrossFit classes. He also amped me up when I was feeling frustrated with my progress. His steadiness and positive attitude was something that I looked forward to everyday. And most recently Sam has been a gem. She immediately identified things that I can work on to help my movements and stability, and was able to cheer on the things that I felt confident in. It is obvious all of the coaches enjoy what they are doing and are incredibly educated on CrossFit and how to train and coach people at all different levels. Read moreI moved to the city a few months (August) ago and was searching for a CrossFit gym to get back into shape. Invictus has the best CrossFit and overall best instructors any gym can have. All of the staff is approachable. They have different coaches with different personalities but all have a high level of expertise, humbleness, and friendliness that makes you feel like you belong and that you can achieve the workouts.
They always give advice and provide feedback on the correct way to make and exercise, how much weight you should use, and if you should scale down a movement.
I'm pretty happy and satisfied with my experience and hope to continue being a member.

Read moreI was visiting Boston for three weeks in July and got a 10-class pack to Invictus Fenway. It’s an awesome CrossFit gym. The coaches and members are super nice. The classes were very small - usually 4 to 10 people, so lots of personalized coaching. There were athletes of many levels and I was able to modify the workouts to my abilities. There was always a long warm up and lots of instruction. The workouts were challenging and fun. I had a great time being a temporary member and Coach Ben made me feel so welcome saying “Hi, Suzi!” every time I would walk in. The vibe is super friendly while also being serious about fitness.
