Papa Pizza on Huntington Ave has been my go-to spot for years, and for good reason! If you’re starving and want truly excellent food, this is THE place to go. Their buffalo sauce is out of this world—seriously the best I’ve ever had—and the fried chicken is always tender and perfectly cooked. No matter how your day is going, walking into this place will lift your mood. The staff is incredibly welcoming, interactive, and genuinely friendly, which makes every visit a great experience. Craving pizza, pasta, salad—whatever comfort food you’re in the mood for—they’ve got it, and they do it well. I’ve even recommended this spot to friends, and every single one of them loved it too. Highly, highly recommended! If you love good food and great vibes, Papa Pizza is a must.

Staff was really friendly and fast! This was my first time here, but definitely won't be my last. They've got a whole menu of specialty pizzas, calzones, wings, fries, etc. I was in a rush so grabbed a slice of pepperoni and Hawaiian. The individual slices are HUGE. Bigger than my head, and only costs $3.50 for single toppings and $4.00 for specialty slices. If you go for plain cheese it's $3.00 a slice. The only reason I knocked off 1 star is because they wasn't as much pepperoni or ham + pineapple as I would've liked, but it definitely hit the spot! Looking forward to ordering a calzone and their meat lovers pizza next time.

I always love their pizza. We tried their pizza first through "too good to go" app and then I started getting pizza from this place often. We usually buy multiples slices with different flavors making it almost like a full pizza. Each slices are around 3-4 bucks but it's huge size almost medium crust. Their pizza slices are always tasty, crispy and cheesey and always great for a nice evening after a glass of wine lol. I haven't tried buying their whole pizza, maybe I will someday. Their fries and desserts are awesome too.

My family and I were in town last week visiting relatives and they decided one night to order out pizza. They knew of Papa's and highly recommended it. Boy, were they right! The pizza got there quick, it was HOT, and it was incredible! We ordered two extra larges (Margherita and Meat Lover) and everyone loved them! The crusts and sauce were wonderful. (It took me back to my younger days when we would go out Sunday after church to our favorite Italian restaurant in Cleveland). So I decided before we came home, I would have to take the family there to eat. We arrived and though it was busy, we were seated immediately by a very courteous, friendly host. Our server got to us quickly and got our drinks while making some suggestions for my wife and I as well as the kids. Just like the take-out pizza, in in-house food was perfect as well! Chicken Alfredo, Strawberry Walnut Salad, Meatball Sub, and my one kid actually ordered a Steak Teriyaki Bowl (at an italian restaurant????) and I was shocked at how good it was! Even the Assistant Manager Konstantine came by to see how everything was. He was a very nice young man. Service was spot on without being overbearing. Wish I could bring this place down to FL with me as well as give it more stars...

I randomly walk in to grab and run so I ordered the slices that they have on shelves. The cashier guys grabbed my orders but instead of letting me pay and leave, he kept me waiting for him to put on two phone in and online orders. This is not as he said " Give me a few seconds", it took almost 10mins. If I would like to wait, I'd rather order freshly cooked pizza. No apology etc. Very not-so-impressed first time here. *After the owner replied : I said almost 10 mins : 2-3mins for me to choose my orders 6-8mins for you to answers couple calls and putting in your delivery orders and when I said I couldn't wait instead of apologizing, you just kept putting orders without any care in the world. Plus, I've never been asked if I want to heat it up or not. I want to buy take out therefore I would heat it up when I arrive home anyway. It would make more sense if I'm eating it now then you heat it up. To say that you were busy. You just got orders after I ordered mine because the rest of stuffs was not doing anything at that time. And again, there is not even one apology on your reply here. Have a better service mind and don't be so arrogant. Shortage of staff is no excuse to have a bad service. Your mindset and action as an owner need to be...

My husband and I live about 4 hours away but come to the VA hospital for specialist appointments once or twice a month and we stay the night and order in. We have found a few places we like, one that was horrendous.... And then last night, we were lucky enough to find Papa's. The girl that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful in describing the dishes we were thinking of and what was included to make sure we got what we were looking for. I ordered my Italian sub with a meat substitution, added mayo and asked for the oil on the side. It feels like it's next to impossible to get all these things correct at a restaurant sometimes but they nailed it. We ordered some additional sauces for our appetizers which all made it. On top of getting everything correct, the food was amazing!!! We dove into our appetizer sampler and everything was fantastic. My husband raved about his steak and rice bowl. My sub was perfection. And the cake.. let's just say next time we won't share a slice. Looking greatly forward to our next visit to Boston...
