Went here on 9/24 at about 830 pm, this is important because the employee wasn’t wearing a name tag. I was standing there for about ten minutes waiting for the young gentleman behind the counter to acknowledge me. He had his AirPods in his ear and was clearly having a personal conversation. After about 10 mins of standing in front of the register, he finally acknowledged me and told me to go to a different area and he’d be right with me. Waited another 5 mins for him to ask what I wanted and while I was in the process of ordering, literally mid sentence, he says to me “I’m bout to close so do you know what you want or not” my sister and I had to then both tell him that if he had taken his airpod out he would know that I had already told him about 4 out of the 8 ingredients I wanted in my poke bowl loud and clear.. I was so excited to try out this place especially with the combo since they had miso soup included. Upon arriving, the employee didn’t even recognize us and about 5 minutes later we had to ask if they were closing since it seemed like half of the food was put away (this was at 8:30pm). He proceeded to say no and was rude/had an attitude while taking our order. When we received our food he then told us that they were out of the miso soup so I then had to take chips which I don’t eat. I genuinely was so excited to have the soup with my meal as I hadn’t eaten all day. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid extra for the combo since I could care less for chips along with the poor customer service.
