Skinny Bar — Restaurant in Boulder City

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Been waiting for it to open up since first hearing about its inception, followed the build and have to say, it does not disappoint. They did a great job making the look and feel of this place awesome. My biggest grip about it is that it's only open a few days out of the week but then, this is Boulder City. If you're into cocktails, they have a lengthy menu of ones you can choose from but if you're a bourbon drinker like me, they have a good selection to choose from too. Of course, they have plenty of beers on tap and in bottles as well. The atmosphere is that of fun and what's not to like about live music too. GORGEOUS hidden gem in the heart of Boulder City! So many fine details give this place the mystique and allure of a classic speakeasy - from the solid brass door handles and stained glass windows to the French antique mirror and the beautiful white oak bar itself which I hear was salvaged from the oldest bar in BC. The space has a distinct personality that is hard not to be enchanted by.

I watched the Skinny Bar being built from the ground up. The owner has several places in Boulder City and continues to out do himself with every new build. It is spectacular, down to the last detail. It is the perfect spot to comfortably enjoy live music, comedy, and just getting together with friends for a great night out in a lounge that has the coolest vibe.
