Always fast, so thatâs a plus. However Iâve had a few experiences here where they messed up an order (for example, gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a burger). However tonight I was not impressed. I wasnât greeted at the second window, and instead one of the female employees was talking to her supervisor saying âI donât want to do that. I donât want to do absolutely anything right now.â I brushed it off as a huge mood, but when I received my unfinished order I knew she meant it literally and I was a bit ticked. Iâve never had a âmcflurryâ with all of my mnms just dumped on the top. They gave zero effort into mixing it. And honestly itâs not a huge deal, I can stir it, but Iâd rather have my orders made right than be wrong and be fast. Itâs the little things. Thanks McDonaldâs.
Edit: changed my review from two stars two one (ZERO if I could) because I visited this McDonaldâs again tonight and again, they messed up my order. Like I stated above, Iâd rather have my food be done right than be fast, and lately it has been neither. The employee taking my order had difficulty entering what I specified and then when I tried to use a coupon I was denied because their system was down and worse yet, no manager available. Why even have an app if your customers canât use it? Of course, all this slowed the whole experience down and when I finally made it home they had messed up my order (put pickles on my burger when I specified for otherwise).
I donât want to be a Karen and I understand that things happen that are out of employeesâ control. But come on, McDonaldâs, this is getting ridiculous.
Please frequent other locations if you donât want to be...
Read moreStaff is friendly. McDonald's is definitely anticipating more stupid people supporting the $15/hr minimum wage hike insomuch as having switched to touchscreen ordering.
WARNING!!! tangent ahead. (How anyone cannot understand basic economics is beyond me. Applying the KISS principle: raising minimum wage that drastically will cause instant and irreversible inflation i.e. $20 today overnight would be worth $1 tomorrow. Europe anyone? E.g. Greece and Italy)
The touch screens are really convenient especially if one wants to customize their order. It'll be a quick and relatively easy switch to then have that signal sent to a computer that will handle the food processing. And that means one's order will actually be correct as long as one doesn't use the drive through where once again it is left in the hands of humans to input the order.
We sat down to eat today since they had a Mcplayplace and we had a lot of driving and errands to do and wanted to give our son a break from sitting down.
The restaurant was cool comparatively, but by no means comfortable. And the worst part is that there were dried soda spots and puddles on the floor. Based on the discoloration of the entire tile floor nobody bothers to change the water in bucket they use to mop with let alone use soap. We spent the entire time swatting clouds of flies (not gnats mind you, but big fat flies) away from our food. I lost my appetite so I ended up taking it to go hoping that I can salvage it later. I gave them a star for friendly and courteous staff, and another star for having a playplace. Easy fixes to make it...
Read moreI really should learn to just prep my own food and cook at home. This is beyond ridiculous at how many times food is screwed up. I don't order anything crazy, I don't order anything special. I just order simple menu items and ots NEVER right the first time. I work 2 jobs and am a single mom, I don't have a lot of time in the world to spend at a drive thru with my kid. I would rather be at home playing with my kid and teaching her new things. The amount per hour that McDonald's employees are paid, let me give you a tip, DO your JOB the first time and you wont get yelled at, you won't get bad reviews, you will have happy people and happy PARENTS! I didn't yell or scream when my order was wrong. What I don't appreciate is not getting ALL of my food correct the 1st time. I give this McDonald's 3 stars for the weekend night managers/supervisors. Their reaction and the way they handle issues is fantastic. If it wasn't for those 2 women I would be giving 1 star. I just hate that they have to be that good when the rest of the team needs improvement. You used to be able to hold managers accountable for how their teams works, etc. You cant do that anymore. People don't care about a job, they care about getting to point A to B and back and that somewhere in there they recieve money to do it. It's sad and disgusting. Keep up the good...
