Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bowie

Family ordered 2 pizzas and wings. Service was fine, pizza was fine except the wings were not cooked. I am giving 2 stars because of the service and pizza were fine. When I called the store, I told the younglady over the phone that the wings were not done. She said I have to select well and not cooked in order for them to be brown. I told her, well should be the only option for wings. I've never heard of well done, especially for chicken. You don't want chicken just to be done. I asked for a credit, I'm not a mind reader, but I don't think they were willing to give me a refund. She put me on hold to talk to her manager. She returned and said they would give me a credit, but I would have to come into the store for it.I asked her, "Don't you want my name?" She said she would write it down but never took it. I knew this conversation wasn't going well, so lesson learned do not order wings from them unless you pick well done. I have to agree with the other reviewers. This Dominoes is terrible. I ordered two medium pizzas at 12:00 PM. They are just now arriving after a mix-up at 1:26 PM, so now I have to eat cold pizza after paying a $5 delivery fee and tipping.

I think one of the scariest parts about this delivery was the food that belonged to someone else, the driver is still going to deliver. I would NOT want food that someone else opened to be given to me. That is unacceptable! How do I know my food wasn’t opened and given back? This is why restaurants have quality seals; I would recommend this.

The other issue was the tracker. I looked in the system, and it still says my pizza is being checked for quality. This is the SAME issue another reviewer had a month ago. I wish I had checked the reviews FIRST. I should be compensated for the poor service, but I doubt that will happen. So, I will not order from this location anymore. This is my favorite Dominos. Its close, usually not over-busy and pretty good at taking, making and delivering food. Tonight was not a good night for Dominos at this location. The volume is too much for this store so orders got lost and people are waiting for food while five or six customers come and go. My order was three items and the app tells me my order is complete and that I should come and pick it up. I get there and only two items are ready. So my pizza is cold (can't the system coordinate production or is there something else interfering with the production schedule). Where's the QC so that a cold pizza is not intentionally given to a customer). Management needs to rethink how it runs this store; delivery snatches items off the shelves and competes with the store counter people who are all looking for their order items. One customer who paid for an order had it taken by someone else and no one monitors this area. Anyway, maybe later will be better but right now...
