I ordered a few moments ago, and the person taking my order didn’t even repeat my order back. Understandably so, customer service is not an easy job, but this cashier was very rude in the way she took our order. Not only was my order incorrect she never asked if I wanted my donuts warmed up. After pulling up to the window, and correcting my order I was in a rush so I couldn’t ask for my donuts to be warmed up. My donuts looked like they were thrown in the bag and they were freezing cold. This place does it consistently right. I don’t need to check my orders after going through the drive thru. That’s saying a lot for the other DDs in the area. I did have a weird interaction recently where the drive thru order screen was showing something I didn’t order and I kept telling the employee and she kept insisting it wasn’t on there. I wasn’t charged for it when I paid, so not sure what was going on. On that same occasion I received an extra sandwich, which they acknowledged and they said to keep it because they made too many. I walked into this DD only for the clerk to throw his hands up and say are you ready? A lady of different origin walked in behind me and he said “hello ma’am how are you? How can I help you today” so I asked why were you so nice to her and not to me? He didn’t have much to say after that. I said “It’s fine I just wanted to make you aware of what you just did”.
