Starbucks — Restaurant in Bowie

im always coming to this location in the morning, each time i only placed a walk in order….. i order it at 710am and i always leave here 745 almost 8am …. Its like yall have enough people working i feel like the urgency of the walk ins get overlooked by the mobile orders …. Its annoying . Today i went to this location at 7pm to get a frappacino … walked in and there was no line i waited 3 mins before the cashier to stop training the new employee. So she finished up with her took my order now im waiting . It was pretty quick had got my drink under 5 mins , but when i got my drink it was very watery … i adked the lady if she could remake it because its supposed to be thicker in consistency, she said its because i added white mocha …. Like girl … i order this drink everytime i come to starbucks which is at least 3 times a week…. Never watery … she remade it then gave it back to me even more watery … at this point im asking for a refund because i dont want to go back and forth with nobody … i asked her did she add ex ice … she said she did and some other excuses … i told her if she could add extra ice .. she made my drink a third time and its fine … but i dont like when i know for a fact my drink is not supposed to be watery…. And im getting attitude for asking...

This is usually my favorite Starbucks but as of the last few months they have been so unorganized and it’s becoming inconvenient. They change their store hours so frequently and so often you never know when you can go there. But then they don’t even stick to their changed store hours. Today their store hours were supposed to be from 530 am to 3 pm. I arrived at 610 am. Not only we’d order ahead on the app not available when I got there the door was locked and the employees inside just watched me stand there. They were still cleaning and stocking for the day and didn’t even acknowledge me even though they were 40 minutes late for opening. I’m very annoyed and disappointed with this Starbucks today. I could have went to the one on Annapolis road and not had to be without what I get every morning before work had I known that this Starbucks was not prepared for it’s customers. 👎🏾 The frequently changing hours is bad enough but the employees just flat out not caring when the doors should be open is just...

This place is very rude. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. There is no clear signage that signals where to stand in line and order. The customers just waunder around the counters waiting for orders so it makes it even harder to know where to stand to order next. The staff here doesn't care at all.

Update, I did reach out to the link I was given to provide more info. It's just their main website. I don't have time to start from scratch with my feed back. I was traveling from out of state. I don't have time to look up addresses etc to further give Starbucks feed back.

Your additional feedback is your folks just don't care here. The service is lousey and you get no help from the staff to help direct a new customer to where I need to be standing to order. That should be easier for me to spot. Like I said it was my first time visiting this location. I live out of state but travel to Maryland monthly...
