Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Went to the drive-thru in this location and in my order I placed two chicken quesadillas with easy sauce on them. Upon checking the quesadillas there was sauce everywhere including in the package and it was just all around very messy so I went inside and asked the manager to replace it she told me there was nothing wrong with it and she was the one that made my order I told her I didn't need her attitude I just want it replaced then another manager comes up and rudly told me they dont have to do anything to help me absolutely horrible service and I expect a response from corporate about this matter. Also I worked for your company as a manager for almost 2 years I myself have fired people for less get your game together taco Bell. Worst Taco Bell experience ever. They had to take my order 3 times in the drive through. I waiting in line for 15 Minutes (there were only 3 cars in front of me) And they had the order wrong when I got to the window. They were clearly short staffed and there was only 1 person back there that looked like she knew what she was doing. I got my food and it was disgusting. The tortillas were soggy. Nothing was wrapped correctly and the meat, cheese, sauce ratio was completely off on everything. My wife and kids didn’t even eat it. I might as well have burned a 20 dollar bill, at least would have entertained my kids who were screaming in the back seat while we were stuck in the drive through after a 3 hour drive. The poor lady running the show said she had called a manager in 2 hours prior and no help had arrived yet. Taco Bell would do well to hire some trainers from Chick-fil-A to show them...

I would honestly leave no stars if I could. I walked in and wasn't greeted, so I had to use the kiosk to place my order. Three minutes after placing my order, I was told that I would be helped in just a moment. No one else said a word to me until my food my ready, keep in mind that I still hadn't received my cups for my drinks. Upon grabbing my food, I ask for the cups that I still had not received. The guy I ask goes to grab someone else, someone that I presume to be an assistant manager snappily ask what my problem is, and the lady behind the counter with an attitude grabs two cups that are the wrong size and puts them on my tray without ever saying a word.

My son loves taco bell, but I guess I'll drive out of my way to the bypass location in the future. The workers appeared to be rude for no reason. While my issue was resolved, it could have been handled...
