Waffle House — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Worst one yet. I arrived about 15 mins after opening. Ordered an Allstar breakfast (eggs, grits, waffle, bacon, toast, sweet tea). Tea comes out first, not sweet, fine. She fixes it. 10 mins later Chelsea bring a large plate with eggs and a folded in half partly toasted piece of bread then disappears. After a couple of mins she brings bacon that looks like Jack Link the jerky guy made it was so petrified. We send it back all while noticing others 🥓 looks delicious. We ask where are the grits, while the eggs are getting cold. She informs us it will be 15 on the them! 😳 We decide to pay for what we got then leave. She apologized and said sorry but we just opened at 7. Maybe they need to show up to work earlier to prep. They need to do better as all the other plates...

Was in town this past weekend for LSfest as a working vendor. After the event Saturday night multiple restaurants we tried to eat at were rude and just plain didn’t want more business for the later hours even though they were open. We ended up at Waffle House and were absolutely blown away with how friendly and ambitious the staff was. Not only did we find a seat due to the quick turn-over times of tables but had a super pleasant and grateful staff. These folks were hustling their butts off and all four employees worked flawlessly as a single unit to efficiently get every person through the door fed and on their way happy and full. I love these guys! They are always so good to me! And makes sure that my food is is just the way I love it! Thank you waffle house on three springs Rd! Your awesome! Second review!!! Since it's not letting me do it separately🙄 anyway, I just want to add that Aaron that cooks on night shift deserves a raise for real!🙌🙌 He works hard and non stop to get the orders out and cares about getting the orders done correctly.
