8/16/24 - 1030am, out of minis again. So, whoever from Parlor responded to my review, your claim of never being sold out of anything couldn’t be more false.

Update 8/9/24… I’m sorry, but this place is now laughably inconsistent. Every time I go, their display case is at least 80% empty, even at 10am on weekdays. When I ask if there’s anything being restocked (because they claim to bake small batches all day), employees just say no & act completely indifferent. Even the one time they had some items available, the quality is now severely lacking compared to when they first opened. It’s too bad because for the first month-ish, this location was great, but the falloff since then is disappointing.

Update 7/10/24… After a few months of being open, this location has unfortunately been declining in my opinion. Today was the 3rd time in recent weeks that I came in around 1030am on a weekday to find an almost completely empty display case. When I asked the counter person if anything else was available or being restocked soon, they just responded with “nope, sorry.” You guys are open until 3pm, you have to do better than this 🤦🏼‍♂️

Stopped by recently with my daughter and had a great first experience. Solid line of 10-15 people, but the staff very quickly whittled it down. Donut selection was plentiful and more were regularly coming out. We got a couple layered doughnuts, a 1/2 dozen minis & a couple dog doughnuts for our pups. The mini doughnuts reminded me of smaller NOLA style beignets and the layered doughnuts were fresh, tasty and at $3/each a solid value when compared with fancy donut spots (think Five Daughters in Nashville). Placed and paid for a pickup order using their website on 5/4/24. Arrived for pickup and they didn't have the order in their system nor was it ready. They had to take a picture of my email receipt so they knew what I ordered. Long story short, it took nearly 45 minutes for them to prepare the order while I sat in my vehicle in their drive through. They were out of a few items I ordered and asked what I wanted to replace the items with, to which I responded, just refund the amount of those items. They could not process the refund and said they would have one of the owners do the refund later. AS OF 12/16/2024 (over SEVEN MONTHS) THEY STILL HAVE NOT DEPOSITED THE REFUND!!! Despite me being the only customer they had (was there off-peak just after noon) they were disorganized and didn't even bother to say sorry for the mixup, sorry for not having all the items you ordered, or sorry for the wait. They weren't rude, just completely indifferent to my time and and the inconvenience to me. That's just insult to injury. I get that customer service has gone down hill, but there was just a lack of general decency in the way they completely disregarded me as a customer. Went in this morning to try the place out. Asked if they had any dairy-free donuts, they said no. They said they have a vegan donuts though. I said, okay vegan food doesn't have dairy in it right? They said yes. So they didn't even make the connection that vegan also means dairy free.

Ordered 2 donuts from the vegan menu and ate about half of each one. Cut to 90 minutes later and I have to leave work for the day because of stomach pain. Currently leaving this review from the downstairs toilet at my place.

I know this feeling well. It always happens when I eat dairy products. So after specifying multiple times that I need something with no dairy in it, they gave me two dairy donuts.

In addition, whoever the short chubby worker is has horrible people skills and had an edge of attitude and condescension with everything she said.

Outside of the service, the actual donuts were really nothing special. Just plain donuts that were dry and not soft at all with excessive drizzle on them.
