I bought the veggie Stromboli, and the combo(spaghetti/meatballs, red potato). The Stromboli was disappointing. The dough was too soft.Spaghetti and meatballs were also disappointing. The spaghetti sauce was bland with no flavor. The meatballs were okay, but poorly seasoned. They only give you 2 meatballs which is also disappointing. The red potato’s were drowned in grease. The best part of the experience was their bread stick. It was definitely not worth the $25 I spent, and I would have been better off going to longhorn and enjoying a nice meal for the same price. I would give this rating no stars if it was possible. I went to the went to their website ordered a pizza paid for the pizza using my debit card was given a time to pick up the pizza. I got to the mall to pick the pizza up and there wasn't anyone working. There were no pizzas in the windows, no employees, there's no movement of life at all. Their website did not indicate that they were closed it was 4:30 in the afternoon. If they don't have enough help to open their store they need to disable the ability to order and pay online. We purchased two bacon, sausage and pepporoni calzones today (9/9/2022) and at the Sbarro located in the Greenwood Mall and my husband bit into a METAL BOLT in the middle of his calzone. This bolt chipped his tooth but could have caused much more damage had it been swallowed. Absolutely unacceptable! We contacted corporate immediately.
