Cinnabon — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I don't normally like to review chains, but I had to drop a quick note about this Cinnabon. A group of friends and I stopped by this location on a Sunday afternoon, just to get a quick snack and chat.

The menu is just like any other Cinnabon, and they provide the same cinnamon buns that you've come to know and love over the years (just don't make the same mistake as us and look at the calories -_-). The location is easy to access even though it's inside the mall, and is actually a great hub to hang out and just take a moment to relax as everyone is going about their busy days.

Cinnabon itself doesn't have much seating outside of a handful of swivel chairs that are right outside their Kitchen (ish) area, and that turned out to be a mesmerizing experience for the four of us (20-somethings). Seeing how the whole process is executed is really neat, and definitely adds another level of appreciation for the treat that is created at the end. Genuinely disappointed. I went to get a cinnamon roll and I asked the guy working where to inset my card because it isn’t displayed on the reader and he said “tap here” I replied with “I don’t have tap where do I insert my card?” He repeats, “tap here” then after I asked again he snatches my card out of my hand and presses it against the reader for tap. I grabbed my card back from him and just swiped it because he was overly rude. Then I start eating my food and it is genuinely like rubber. Horrible attitude from the older lady training a girl that had only been there for 3 days but the old lady was so unnecessarily rude to her and to my husband just bc he wanted 2 small cups of a refresher bc they said they can’t mix them so we were like ok give us both in two cups and we will buy a large cup to mix it ourselves but the old lady gonna have a whole attitude for mixing drinks sorry honey but I can spend my money elsewhere without anyone giving attitude sorry for the girl who was training she was sweet but the old lady ruined the...
