This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to pick up 12 boxed lunches for my friends and family to eat on the day of my wedding while we were getting ready. We went into the store 2 weeks ahead of time and talked to an associate in person, who assured us that this would be no problem and to bring in our food order by the Thursday before the wedding. I walked into the store on Thursday ready with my orders and willing to pay upfront, and the owner of the store was EXTREMELY rude. She said she had no idea what I was talking about and was insistent that it was impossible for them to fulfill our order that we had previously been promised by one of her employees. I find it embarrassing that a restaurant does not believe themselves to be capable of putting together 12 ham and turkey sandwiches paired with a bag of chips and a pre-wrapped cookie. I understand if there was a miscommunication between the employee and the owner, but what made it worse was that the owner never once apologized or made any effort to fix the issue. When I pointed out my frustrations, she just stared back at me. If you are unable to handle a simple mix-up with respect and common manners, then you should not be in a service industry. They gave me a ham that was way more expensive than the one I ordered and did not provide a total or receipt at checkout because they were so disorganized. I didn't realize until we cut into the ham that it was the more expensive bone-in ham. Checked my bank statement, and sure enough they soaked me for $109 instead of the $60 to $80 ham I ordered. I have a feeling they did this to a lot of customers. Shame on you!!

The staff member who answered the phone was rude in every way. We asked if they had sent an email and she said âwe donât take any information from you at all, we just give you a code.â Even that statement wouldnât have been horrible if not for her tone. Her voice kept getting louder and louder. She offered no help and no solution, only rudeness and exasperation.
