I was in Bozeman for a long weekend visiting my daughter, who suggested we eat at Fink's. I ordered the Grilled Portobello Mushroom with Fontina, Peperonata, Arugula, Roasted Garlic Aioli & Balsamic Reduction, on a Baguette and my daughter ordered the Roasted Eggplant with Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Provolone, Marinated Artichokes, Arugula & a Roasted Garlic Aioli, on a Baguette! When we got them, we decided to split them because they both looked and smelled so amazing! They were absolutely delicious! We had the Cous Cous & Farro salads as sides. I am pretty sure I will dream about the Farro salad for a while. It had the perfect amount of crunch, sweet & savory. Do yourself a favor ... Run, don't walk to Fink's. Thank you for such a great culinary delight! P.S. I went back for seconds. I believe I closed the deli on Sunday, just squeaking in before the 4 pm...

While the Wild Crumb out front is five star, regrettably Fink's proved to be far less. I came to try a pastrami sandwich, but I don't like cheese on it and rarely kraut (grew up near NYC), preferring a simple hot pastrami on room temp roll - sometimes with dressing. On two occasions I tried to special order and both times after departing found it wrong, returning for replacement the first time - which was then somehow served cold and had to be heated, but just eating a little and tossing the rest the next. Tried coming once for a breakfast sandwich without cheese and was told that wasn't possible. I know staffing is an issue everywhere but it's apparent that they are set in their ways that prevent deviations. I sincerely hate to downgrade a local business, but had to repeat this to local friends...

I waited for 30 min to get my order. When I got tired of waiting I walked up to counter to ask about my order and a tall guy with curly long hair got very offended this and proceeded to be extremely rude. Apparently it hurt his feelings. He said “your order had been waiting here.” And then I said I never heard it be called out. He said “it had,” very rudely. Question is, if I didn’t hear it, why not call it out again? Why have me wait over 30 min thinking the order was still being made. And then why get mad when I wanted to ask about my order? Ladies at the cash register were very nice. But the curly haired dude was extremely rude. Would not come here again.

Update: I like that they responded so quickly And even refunded my order (even when I didn’t ask...

P A S T R A M I! Best pastrami I've ever had-- so juicy and tender. And in Bozeman, who knew? If you're in Bozeman and need a sandwich, you gotta go to Fink's. Prices were fair for the quality of food. Mortadella sandwich was great as well, but honestly the pastrami sandwich + cup of soup would have been enough for two people.

Had a delicious lunch at Finks. We split a Cubano and a pastrami. The bread they use is amazing. Both out sandwiches were toasted and the bread was crisp without hurting the roof of your mouth. Added a clam chowder as a delicious side. It’s a great chunky soup that doesn’t skimp out!

LOVE Finks. Have had the meatball sub a couple of times and also enjoyed the turkey sammie, tuna melt, and the pastrami. A little pricy for a sandwich without a bag of chips and pickle, but it’s not worth it to try to make sandwiches like these at home!
