Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Bozeman

I've been going to Jersey Mikes for some time now. I've done lots of orders for myself and for groups that I have pre called in and had great service with. I really enjoy the subs they offer and the quality they have. Unfortunately, I feel I'll be taking my business to another location. I went in to get a sub and the staff that was working the front was very unfriendly. Not making me fee welcomed at all. I wasn't going to let that get to me as sometimes were all so busy and just don't notice. I went up to order my sandwich and was greeted with, "what do you want" I ordered then went down to pay. All seemed to run smoothly. I get my sandwich and went to eat it and realized it wasn't what I asked for. Again, not an end of the world thing but at this point a frustration as I already felt like I wasn't welcomed while being there. I went to call the Main Street location to talk with a manager and just express how I was treated just so they can possibly just bring it to the staffs attention. Well to my surprise my phone number has been blocked. I can't call and talk to anyone I really can't do anything. This alone is so frustrating! I'm so disappointed in this location and really feel something...

My fiancè & I love this place! A great, fresh, quick lunch. We first experienced Jersey Mike's when they participated in a charity day where 100% of their profits were donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters earlier this year and we've been hooked ever since. Customer service is top notch! We always get the same thing and when we've tried other sandwiches, nothing compares to #8 Mike's Way! We really admire the fact that the owner is almost always there making sandwiches along with the rest of his staff. I don't totally agree with other reviewers about it being pricier than other sandwich shops in town. I tend to think ~$10 for a lunch in Bozeman is about average. We split the manager's special which is a giant sub + 2 bags of chips + 2 drinks for $15.99 (this was suggested to us by an awesome employee-Josh-because it got us more food for less $). 2 full lunches for $8 is super reasonable IMO. Not only do I love the relatively simple subs that taste just right to me, particularly done Mike's Way, there is a regular worker there who always remembers the order my son and I have, and we might go once or twice a month. He must remember many other orders, too. The workers probably get sick of the same classic rock songs playing all the time, but it always gets me singing as I wait in line. There are plenty of places to sit, rarely a line, and you can go to the nearby ice cream place when finished.

For me, the subways also just seem fresher than Subway. I am vegetarian, but for most of you who eat meat, they slice it right there as you order.
